"Good stay"
Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Was a bit of a step when getting out of the bath. Overall very good, food was average

Amazing hotel. We booked in for the weekend as we were attending 90s fest that was taking place across the road. We stayed in a Premier Plus double and would definitely stay again. There were plenty of car parking spaces - although there is a small charge for parking but the cost was minimal compared to the alternatives. All the staff were extremely friendly, the room was spotless - and the bed was extremely comfy, and the food options for breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and delicious. The only downside was that the pressure of the shower was maybe a bit less than what we have at home, but it was still sufficient and the size of the bathroom and shower gave plenty of room to move about.
"Fantastic Staff and Stay"
Had a great stay here . The staff are the best I ve come across . Friendly and smiling and extremely accommodating. Greeted by Dan and Sam with smiles and warmth started our stay off nicely . Room was immaculate and comfy . Mandy looked after us and was again friendly and helpful. All bar and restaurant staff were great too. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again . Easy access to Arena and Don Valley Bowl .
"Good location"
Great location for visiting university and the city. Good value breakfast and really helpful staff. Convenient for the tram and easy to park. Nice bar to have a drink too. Evening meals good value also .
"Pricey but worth it."
Had a 1 night overnight stay for a hockey tournament. Quad room. Lovely stay. Well prepared room. Lovely staff. Hotel was extremely busy and staff doing an amazing job with guest requests. We booked before the parking charge came in so didn’t have to worry about that but i had paid it i think i’d be a little annoyed that at the premium price i paid parking wasn’t included. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall it was a pricey overnight stay but compared to other recent experiences in the area, it was worth it. Clean room. Polite friendly staff. Aircon working (it was very hot outside). No issues at all.
