"Very enjoyable and comfortable stay, lovely staff."
Very enjoyable stay, found all staff friendly and welcoming, particularly Kieron who was working in the restaurant in the evening and then again at breakfast the following morning. Kieron was very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

What a breath of fresh air. A clean affordable,hotel,with the meal deal making it excellent value for concert or event goers across the road Room spacious spotless and quiet. Menu basic but reasonable. Breakfast hot and plenty of if it But as always it’s the staff. Hardworking but always with a smile. Well done

One of the best premier Inn I've stayed in great room lovely shower and the bar not to expensive 5mins walk to Sheffield arena ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"The best staff at any Premier inn we've ever been too"
We've stayed at many premier inn in the last 15yrs. But this beats the lot, the reception guy was extremely welcoming and was so quick at sorting out our room to stay We opted for meal deal upgrade he asked what time we said 5pm.. We walked in to dining room nothing was too much trouble for the young lady serving us. The food choice maybe could of been a little better, Nachos aren't the best. But it was quick considering they started to get fuller quickly. As everyone like is was there was Katy Perry live at the arena here. The room gets warm, but stick the air con on and it soon gets cool again Next morning breakfast was pretty much the same, swift,attentive and great food I told the staff at reception as we left just how good they are. I've written to the ceo many times of how crap Premier inn can be. But this hotel is a one off, and should be the blueprint for all future Premier inn staff Take a bow Premier Inn Sheffield Arena👏👏👏
"Great Service as usual"
Great service room was great and bed very comfortable. We always book meal deal definitely value for money and they considered my mobility issues and gave me a room on the ground floor with a shower. If anything but only a small thing it would be nice to have had streaming channels on the TV or be able to cast my phone to the TV but not a major issue. We have stayed here 4 times this year and wouldn't stay anywhere else for concerts at the arena
