"Not the best one I've stayed in"
Booked as a stop on route. I generally rate Premier Inns highly but this one wasn't upto their normal standard.
Reception staff were very friendly so no complaints there.
The room wasn't very clean as in the light switches were dirty and dust over the mirrors.
On the plus side, the beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable.

"Very disappointing"
Shocking from start to finish. I’m disabled and parked in one of the two blue badge spaces. A sign at each bay said ‘please report to reception any car not displaying a blue badge’. The car next to us did not have a blue badge so we reported it on checking in. The receptionist said, aggressively, ‘it’s my car, don’t worry’.
The air conditioning didn’t work and it was really hot the night we stayed. We reported it to reception in the evening but nothing was done. It was so uncomfortable. We had to sleep on top of the bed.
Very disappointing.

"Excellent- go above and beyond"
Fantastic first time staying at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by such a kind lady on reception, she was called Mandeya. I was asking if we could park there as we were early, but when she asked the reason for our stay and I explained it was my daughters 9th birthday, she went above and beyond by asking what kind of things she liked. She said our room was ready and she let us check in early but said to wait 5 minutes. In the room she had been and left a lovely birthday message for my daughter and also her friend so she didn’t feel left out and left some lovely little gifts. She was so kind and my daughter was very happy and it made her day. All the staff were so friendly but Mandela made the trip much more special. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. Rooms very clean and great air con. The hotel location is fabulous, literally on the door step of the outlet shopping park and near a cinema and lake, where you can have a nice walk. We also travelled to Yorkshire wildlife park which is amazing and only a 15 minute drive away, overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be booking again soon. Special shout out to Mandeya for making my daughters trip extra special.

"Amazing stay"
Stayed at lakeside premier inn as we were there to watch Dave Allen and Hrgovic fight at donny rovers football ground. It was very clean in our room staff were very helpful will definitely stay again.
