    "No Wifi"
    As expected for a Premier Inn with usual facilities, good food in restaurant next door. However, wifi is awful, unable to connect to network, spoke to reception, got a voucher code for ultimate, not much use as will not connect to the Premier Inn wifi, reception said they have been aware of an issue for some time. Get your act together and sort it out. A standard problem at PI, is some tv channels missing and no option to retune.

    Great staff very polite and room was excellent quality very clean with no issues to raise. Comfy beds soft towels and a fan for a cool breeze

    Rooms were comfortable and ideal Receptionist on arrival was excellent and informed us and directed us to the place we are attending One of the best premier inn hotels we have stayed in. Thank you

    The hotel was clean enough if a little tired in appearance, we didn't see any actual cleaning staff; the wet room was very welcome and well appointed, although I wouldn't recommend the shower seat (how do you adequately clean canvas?). The bed was very low which would probably be fine if you aren't tall, or have arthritic knees. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There isn't a secure parking facility, which was a concern, especially given the number of 'boy racers' who congregated in the car park late at night making a lot of noise over-revving their engines to create multiple back firing noises, which at times sounded like a firing squad. Thankfully they stopped at around 01:00 on both nights of our stay. From our understanding this is a regular occurrence, and must be a nightmare for those living close by. The breakfast was adequate, but not good value for money, and in hindsight I wouldn't have opted for it.

    Really nice stay here with my family. Sam and Sarah were brilliant also and really helped us out. It was a bit warm in the room but kindly they had free water and fans in the rooms! Great stay in a really good location as well!
