Doncaster Central East hotel

We stayed for one night. The next morning, my partner was in the bathroom and I was getting dressed. A member of staff knocked once on our door before entering immediately. My partner heard the door open and came out of the bathroom. The man saw him and muttered about needing to clean the shower head. He then closed the door and ran off. My partner opened the door and went outside to see that the man had vanished. We made a complaint to the receptionist. She apologised and admitted that it had happened before recently. I made a formal complaint via customer service. They finally replied. They said that it was a genuine mistake and no further action to be taken. We do not believe that it was an error. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and had an excuse, albeit a poor one. This is terrifying. Please, if you are a woman on your own, do not stay here. This has been on my mind every day since it happened. My partner had planned to take our bags to the car after brushing his teeth. If he had decided to do that when he got back, I would have been alone in that room and not fully dressed. Premier Inn don't care about the safety of their customers.

This has got to be one of the best Premier Inn I have stayed at. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the rooms clean and spacious. A lovely Premier Inn to stay at with the added bonus of plenty of restaurants to choose from for dinner

This seems to be the guests problem as told no refund, even though offered free breakfast at by reception on the morning. But we already had booked some. Your booking is confirmed. Ref no. AWD6749775 Hello, We have booked and stayed one night at your premier inn. Doncaster East. Sadly, Approx 2am, there was a noise like a sink full of water overflowing. We both woke up and noticed water coming out of the vent near the ceiling vent. Next to the entry door. It soon stopped but it made a small puddle on the concrete floor. We placed a towel on the floor to aid soaking up the water and also turning off the Aircon in case it was that. Making the night very warm and restless. Around 5am the noise was worse with more water coming down, having to ring out the towel a few times. The ceiling tile is now quite wet. It then stopped and started on and off until we finally decided to just get a shower as no sleep progress was made. All times are approx as not looked at the time during the night. We told Alina at reception who gave me this email address. As part of the Goodnight Guarantee we would like a full refund please. I look forward to your reply Thank you. WE NEVER HAD A REPLY SHAMEFUL YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!

The sat nav took us down the turning before, which is an entertainment complex, so we had to stop and find our bearings. I was worried about the parking as it was near to the entertainment (cinemas, restaurant's etc) and there was broken bottles on the floor so I did wonder whether the car might get damaged overnight however I needn’t have worried as it was a really ok. Not so sure about a weekend though! The room was brilliant as always and the breakfast was not as good as normal. We ordered what we wanted in hot food and the server just bought us what he wanted to bring. We ordered three breakfasts exactly the same but two had bacon. He bought one meal that had the eggs missing and just bacon on the other two plates. When asked where the rest was he just bought what he thought would be good!?! Food was good though.

Booked for the night with sister and our children, room lovely and clean and staff on reception was really friendly!
