"Tired"
Staff work hard, are friendly and polite. Rooms are tired and at very least need a little TLC or possibly more a bit of an update. Our bathroom had paint flaking off the ceiling and just didn't look great.
Rooms were large and cleaned to a good standard. Yes there is some road noise but it wasn't too much of an issue.
Food in restaurant was not great for us and is far from the best value.

"Fantastic family visit."
We recently had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn with our grandchildren, and I just wanted to share how lovely the experience was.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Travelling with young children can sometimes be a bit challenging, but the team made everything so easy and enjoyable for us.
A special mention has to go to Katie at breakfast time – she was absolutely fantastic with the grandchildren. Her kindness, patience, and cheerful attitude really stood out and made our mornings extra special. The children warmed to her straight away, and it made such a difference to our stay.
The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially families travelling with children.

"Fantastic staff"
We stayed here as our family live in this area and we had the grandchildren with us for four days and staying at the hotel suited our needs rather than all cramming into a house.
The staff were brilliant they were all really friendly and the loved the children. We were booked in by the hotel manager and ordered breakfast. He was really engaging and was a friendly welcome.
Breakfast was a great experience. Our oldest grandson really warmed to Katie who was the front of house for breakfast. She was great with the babies and really made an impression on us all. She made the breakfast experience easy and stress free for us.

Easy to find location. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Food was well made and reasonably priced.
