"Great !"
Room was lovely and clean , checking in and out was nice and straight forward with a lovely reception man willing to have a laugh and joke. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everything’s on the doorstep aswell pubs ,clubs , food places and shops. I’ve stayed a few times and never once been let down
"Give this one a miss"
Waited over an hour for breakfast and when it did arrive it was wrong. Not much choice of continental breakfast, no yoghurt, not much bread. Very slow, room smelt of damp. No onsite parking but public car park just down the road. Not a very welcoming building.
"Completely let down."
Bed was uncomfortable, air con extremely noisy all night long , staff unreasonable on the fact I owed £2 on my booking knocked on my door whilst my husband was in the shower I had to go and pay the £2 leaving him in the bathroom with no lights etc , I wouldn't give my bank card so had to go down wouldn't wait till we came down in 20 minutes to watch out film and wouldn't take £2 in cash so absolutely ridiculous, No restaurant for dinner. Room was clean and only had enough tea/ coffee for one drink each, not my usual standard for premier inn at all won't be going back Airbnb for me in future.
"Awful mouldy smelling room."
The room smelt awful - really mouldy smell and all my clothes and possessions smell the same - it’s really horrible . The receptionist was rude on arrival - ignored me and made me wait and was unfriendly and unwelcoming . It was such a contrast to a previous stay I had 2 months ago here when my room didn’t smell and the staff were lovely . I would not want to stay here again .
"Not sure I’ll be back"
Breakfast was perfect both days running and the staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and efficient. However the rooms both smelled terrible, making your stomach turn on every entry. I feel that this Premier Inn needs a refresh- the carpets or AC must be causing things awful fusty, damp smell in the room. You can’t even open the window so no relief from it. I think Premier Inn need to do a refresh and deep clean urgently.
