"Friendly staff, good location"
Great location, quick and easy to check-in, staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay, would go back. Right in the middle of town.

"Premier Inn Yeovil Town centre."
Our room was fine and the staff very friendly and helpful. However we were expecting a proper breakfast but ended up having hot drinks and croissants and had to eat in our room. The kettle in the room did not work and kept tripping the electricity, staff offered assistance but were not able to offer an alternative room or fix the problem. During our stay our room was not cleaned throughout even though we requested freshening up. The parking was off site and had to be paid for separately, very inconvenient.

"Odd check in experience."
Extra-ordinary poor check in experience and odd front desk behaviour from Prem Inn individual for my 5 night stay, refusing to tell me my room number!. Premier Plus room was fair although the fridge was not stocked with water as usual. Same individual said that the room was not restocked with water or chocolate after the first night. I have never experienced that attitude before form other Premier hotels. No restaurant facilities exacerbated difficulties experienced during the stay!

Booked this hotel as a stopover to Cornwall from Essex. 2 adults 2 young children.
I rung this hotel at 9.30am asking if we could have an early check in as knew we would be there unexpectedly before 3pm.
The lady I spoke to one the phone was wonderful and said our room would be ready by the time we would arrive about 1.30pm and happy to pay the fee for early check in.
When we arrived, the older chap at the front desk said check in is at 3pm, I explained the phone call in the morning. He asked for proof which I was happy to provide.
He then went upstairs without saying a work to us, presumably to see which room was ready. We then received the key to our room. A little rude I thought and lacked customer service but I suppose he got the job done.
Room was clean and tidy, walls were tired, but all well and happy to stay again if needed. Tea and coffee available in the room. The restaurant connected to the hotel is no longer running, but a reasonable weatherspoons across the road.

Lovely rooms. Great reception staff (especially Danielle).
Restaurant closed for refurbishment. Breakfast very basic. Very central lots of options for food.
