"Good"
Bedroom was fine no problems at all. Found tough the parking rather strange, you can use the adjacent car park where it’s all disabled parking to unload but main parking is round the corner about 5 min walk from the hotel. They seem to require your booking reference in this one so have it ready and the restaurant is hit or miss whether it’s open or not. No water in our premier plus rooms so had to ask for some from the restaurant and no chocolate at all. Lots of other places to eat nearby. Parking at the council carpark is free 6pm-8am if you download the app you can do it remotely.

"Not the best experience"
The hotel's very much in need of a refurb. The first room stank, the second had someone in it, and the third was not as clean as we would expect from Prem. The shower curtain could've stood up on its own and the shower gel had been watered down. We were offered a drink in the bar to compensate for the issues, but when we went in most of the beers were unavailable, and when we asked for a menu for an evening meal, we were told the restaurant was shut at night due to there being only one chef and he was doing breakfasts. We have stayed at this Prem many times, but it's obvious that there's some issues here - maybe it's going to close and they're winding it down - that's certainly how it felt. However, the staff did their best to sort our problems and were friendly and professional.

"Best stay at Yeovil Town Premier Inn"
Travelled down to Yeovil to attend the wedding of two of my dearest friends. I opted to stay at the premier inn for the evening previous and the morning of the ceremony, as the last thing I wanted to do was to add to the couple's or the bridesmaids stress levels by being underfoot. Probably the best choice I have ever made. Being disabled , using two sticks to walk/balance, coupled with having lost a high percentage of my sight in my right eye I have had to take things slower than I used to.
As noted to the property in the feedback I left for them, the only slight fly in the ointment was the distance between the lift and the room was a bit of a hike. That being said, the staff were polite, knowledgeable and above all, helpful.
Would I stay there/recommend to others? Most certainly I would in a heartbeat, I was made to feel welcome and that no request would have been no trouble.
Only one thing to note is that Uber, hasn't really managed to make much of an impact in the wilds of Somerset, do factor in extended wait times

"Don’t trust a word they say"
The hotel had no water! This was known as we checked in but there had been no prior communication nor warning. No request to see if we could be accommodated elsewhere, just blanket ignorance, so no showers, no flushing toilets and nothing to drink unless you paid after the bar despite temperatures over 40 degrees. Communication with Head Office / customer so called services has been ignored.

"Please get new staff"
If you want to eat dinner within 2 hours of ordering and then get verbally abused by the staff when asked why such a delay, or get a soft, or any, drink after 10pm, or even get any sleep on a Friday or Saturday night because the local pub is so noisy, then do not book this hotel!
