"A lovely place to spend the night and well worth the money."
One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed in. Great location, lovely appointed room and clean. The staff were very friendly, including Nicki on reception. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly including the lady serving this morning 15th September. How great to have a freshly cooked breakfast, a real boon to our stay. All in all we would give theis Premier Inn 100 plus per cent, congratulations.

Amazing experience at this premier inn. I was having a stressful morning because it was a rush to get to a wedding nearby. Nicky and Pauline were extremely helpful and went out of their way to improve my day. The cleaners were also great and friendly even though there was a rush of people checking in early, they still made time to make us feel welcome.
"Centrally based"
Staff nice and polite . Not as advertised as Lenny Henrys commercial. No big breakfast selection . Runned down ..needs a revamp . Not value for money at all. Would rather pay more for a decent B and B . Hopefully customer service will contact us for a partial refund.
"Floorboards so noisy, kept waking baby."
The bed was comfortable but the floorboards were so noisy we literally couldn't take one step without waking our baby which wasn't great if either of us needed the loo during the night. Honestly, it was terrible and the same in the other room stayed in by family members so not just a one off. The carpets were filthy too, I felt I had to wear my shoes in the room, they have an awful feel to the room overall. I wouldn't stay at this premier Inn again. The breakfast is also cooked to order and not a buffet style as usual for the premier inn, just something to be mindful of if you're in a rush. The restaurant is majorly under staffed as well so be prepared to wait for every aspect of service.

Excellent staff with warm welcome and great service. comfortable beds as always. Amazing location and easy to find off the main road.

Hotel description

Half way between London and Cornwall, Premier Inn Hotel Yeovil is the ideal place to break the journey westwards, with some stunning tourist attractions just minutes away. We're ideal for business travellers too, with Westlands, Screwfix and Honeywell just up the road. Why do things by halves, when you can enjoy the South West to the full? Marvel at the elegant Montacute House, or the technology on display at the Fleet Air Arm museum. Or stroll the stunning Jurassic coastline, and catch some retail therapy at Houndstone Retail Park. Then it's back to the hotel for a meal at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
