Yeovil Airfield hotel

This Premier Inn is in a good location and very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and all staff were very helpful. We arrived very late and so went to bed without using the bathroom otherwise we’d have complained. It had clearly not been cleaned, with long hairs in and around the sink and what looked like shavings of hair in the bath. Overall, it let itself down with the poor cleanliness.

We chose the hotel particularly for its location. Check in was smooth & staff were friendly & very helpful. We had a plus room which was clean & very quiet. Bathroom facilities were clean & the shower was excellent. We arrived quite late & left early the next morning, so quite a brief stay & we didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. There was only 1 minor criticism in that the coffee machine, which used aluminium pods, was a decent touch, but could have been cleaned a bit better. Aside from that we also paid £195 for the one night, which I think was quite expensive, especially compared with alternative, independent hotel prices in the area, but we also booked at fairly short notice (3 days) & the fact that it’s a brand we’ve stayed with before & it was the closest hotel to where we needed to be was a small trade off & we would stay again.

Probably one of the nicest Premiers we have stayed at. Lovely quiet hotel with the nicest of staff. Breakfast was prepared for you which we prefer to the buffets found at most of the other locations. Food was really good and although a much more limited menu for dinner ( since the changes) it was plentiful and above all hot.

Really a very pleasant place to stay , we love the Premier Inn
