Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront) hotel

Lovely clean room overlooking the sea. Good meal deal with nice food and two very helpful and friendly young men working the bar/restaurant.

Absolutely terrible experience, got food poisoning and a bad stomach then was told by the staff at reception we could go down as early checkout and get a refund for the remaining days booked and paid for when we got home we were told no refund would be given. There were stains all over the floor, the lights behind the curtain hanging off, the mirrors had what looked like grease all over them and were blurry and the bathroom smelt damp with patches of mould all over it. And we paid extra for a premier plus room so this is all unacceptable!

Fabulous position we booked a premier plus room because we wanted a nice sea view and the fridge! The view was lovely could have made more of it bit disappointed the window wasn’t bigger? Three quarters of the wall was completely just that “a wall”! Expected a much bigger window! But a nice view of the sea front. The coffee machine you get! Total waste of time! Rubbish! You get four pods and I know you can ask for more and I did once didn’t bother after that because the coffee was that disgusting! It said choose your mug size depending on which pod you use! Well I still had to use two pods and I still didn’t get a full mug of coffee no way near a mug of coffee and what we did get was the worst coffee we have ever tasted! The machine was leaking water all over the place! If you are going to put a coffee machine in put a decent one in or don’t bother. Sweet treats it says well you get two small bars of chocolate one dark and one milk again the most awful chocolate you have ever tasted why not choose a decent make like Cadbury’s! The rainfall shower it did rainfall all over the bathroom floor! It went hot and cold all the time you were using it. In the end I ended up using the hand held one still went hot and cold but at least the bathroom stayed dry! Premier WiFi I was using that on the second day on the first day used the free WiFi couldn’t tell the slightest difference in it The “products” well to be honest I like to use my own products so a soap is a soap for washing my hands they didn’t seem any better than what you normally get in a Premier inn? For me the best part of the Premier inn plus was having a fridge in the room. This meant we could keep our drinks nice and cold and any food we bought into the room. I think all rooms should have a fridge in to be honest. To sell these rooms as premier plus because of all these so called “extras” I think is a bit much, a bit of chocolate, water, WiFi, fridge, rainfall shower to be honest these are things that these days you expect anyway when you book a room they shouldn’t really be “extras”. But there we go, the room was very nice you know what you get with a Premier Inn all the staff were lovely very helpful and friendly parking is expensive and not onsite which is always a downside for us. Shame because there is a car park right next door you would think they could do some sort of “deal” with them as the car park was always empty! 🤷‍♀️

A beautiful room overlooking the seafront. Clean and tidy especially considering the number of clients at this time of the year. Jodie on Reception was welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her; well done!

I had a premier plus room, lovely view, room very clean, love staying in these hotels, so clean and relaxing, I stayed with my 6 year old boy who is autistic even he felt it to be calm & I felt in a long time in ages we both were able to relax. I highly recommend the staff, very polite & we had a meal in the restraint on bank holiday evening, just in time, the lady who was rushed off her feet with very little of other staff there couldn't do enough for us as I suffer with anxiety and cant see very well, meals were lovely & very filling. I cant wait to come vack again & will defiantly book here. Thankyou Premier Inn.
