"Brilliant, incredible"
Everything was perfect, the only issue was to do with the shower,I assumed there would already be a rubber shower mat,but they got me one,without any trouble
"Super comfy and super friendly stay"
Although only an overnight stay the Premier lived up to expectations! The staff were all helpful and friendly, the room cool, quiet and the bed so comfortable, my only complaint is we didn't prebook breakfast and were turned away!
"Amazing staff"
This has to be the friendliest and most helpful Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. I made a booking error and the manager went above and beyond to sort this issue out for me - she was amazing - especially considering how busy it was The hotel was clean, tidy and a great location for accessing the seafront The breakfast was hot, plentiful and the only issue i had is that i probably ate a bit too much! I would highly recommend staying here
"Two nights in Weston-super-Mare"
I needed somewhere to stay in Weston-super-Mare as I was going on a day trip on the paddle steamer Waverley. This hotel was chosen because it was on the seafront close to where the ship sails from; also I have stayed in Premier Inn before. The hotel met the expected high standard. Breakfast is help yourself, as much as you want. The room was extremely comfortable, with controllable temperature. The only problem was the Wi-Fi; I found it hard to access and inevitably had to reset my password, but once I was on it was very good.
"Very comfortable stay"
Really clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Had evening meal and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay.
