"Rude breakfast staff"
Breakfast staff have no customer service skills and were rude. The company getrrip I booked with said breakfast was included in my booking. When I was at breakfast the member of staff rudely said I hadn't paid for the breakfast. I tried to talk to her to show her my booking information and she had no customer service. I was very disssapointed by the way she approached me and my family. I will not be staying here again.
"Excellent customer service & location"
Steph was superb. She truly is an ambassador for the premier inn. Nothing was any trouble. One minute she's cleaning tables in the breakfast room and the next delivering excellent customer service resolving customer queries. The hotel is in an excellent location for families. Leaving a very happy customer 😊
"Bank Holiday weekend"
We had an amazing bank holiday stay here this weekend. Staff were all amazing and attentive. Rooms were spotless but made it stand out was the customer service Steph in particular, super happy, chatty and could not do enough. Will certainly be back again soon x
"great experience lovely stay"
great hotel needs its own car park as land close by being used now and a huge plot right next hotel spare. only issue loads drinks short supposedly delivery issus a bit short staff .also if didn't pre book early check ins dinner etc was a problem luckily i alway do early ones.
"Lovely seafront location"
We had a very enjoyable stay this weekend staying at this hotel. Rooms very clean, as was the restaurant area and reception. We did nearly get stuck in one of the lifts, which was slightly worrying. Our only complaint was we popped out in the morning. We did not check out. When we went back the cleaners were in our room cleaning. We will be making a formal complaint, as they should not do this until you have checked out. Very naughty, we paid for the room until midday.
