"Premier Inn near the sea 😊"
We enjoyed our stay our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind helpful and efficient. We also had the continental breakfast which was good.

"Won't book there again."
I don't usually write reviews unless something is so overly amazing or the total opposite, which this was!
We stayed here on the Friday and Saturday nights as we are visiting friends and family.
We had a quick check in as traffic was horrendous and needed to drop into the room and head out.
The check in lady was so rude and made us feel totally unwelcome. There was. Confusion with a cot in the room on check in, my son is autistic and prefers to sleep in one. She told me it would be too small and we shouldnt have a family room with a cot we should have booked 2 rooms.
We didn't bring one with us on the trip as we had booked at the hotels we were staying in on our trip. I asked for one and she said if I have time I will see if I can drop one in. .... obviously this didn't happen but I felt anxious talking to her and asking for one so he slept on the bed with my husband and I had to sleep in the car. Which I went to do after getting my child to sleep at silly o'clock on the morning as he wouldn't settle on the bed.
The bathrooms weren't great and looked dirty and mouldy and the hot water didn't work very well in the shower and kept going freezing cold.
The check in manager/lady had an attitude with us the whole weekend and it felt like she was bitching to staff about us.
When approaching the bar, the last who checked us in was behind, looked at us and carried on " being busy" 2 others got served by other bar tender, and then she looked at use, asked the other 2 people if they were waiting and they said no and she walked off leaving us to wait another 5 minutes.
We then booked dinner on our 2nd night and thought we would take up the option of kids eat free, which on the menu is a 2 course meal for £6 or so. But they don't tell you when u order that it's just 1 course free you have to pay for ice cream so the guy behind the bar had a massive go at the kids and upset them when they popped u to ask for their ice lolly and said they can't have one. This could have been avoided when I asked them about the offer before I ordered.
The poor wait staff obviously got an ear full from the delightful check in lady, possibly the manager but very kindly offered them the lolly for free as it was their fault but explaining. ....
Our meal came out, the chicken wings I ordered must have been cooked 5 times over and then cremated as th chicken has pretty much turned to dust and was disgusting but after the ordeal at the bar with the drinks and the ice lollies and feeling like someone is just slagging you off we didn't dar complain to any one.
On the plus side the breakfast was lovely and served hot. Replenished quite quickly and we didn't have to wait long. Kids enjoyed serving themselves and the choice was pretty good too. 😁 they did serve gluten free toast which was good and the breakfast staff seemed a bit more pleasant.
No one who worked there actually seemed happy to be working there,
We have stayed at this hotel so many times and this was the worst time I have ever been to or stayed at.
This is all petty stuff and totally unnecessary.
We had flown over from abroad and visiting ald friends nd family and as we have always used the premier inn on last visits we rebooked. We will not be booking here again. The prices were the highest we have paid at any other premier inn on our travels and the standard and quality was worse than any others we have been to. We have never had an issue booking a family room for 4 with a cot at any other hotels, and the comment from the lady/manager was that "we are different at Weston super mare and aren't like the others" ....... Like Weston super mare is some 5star resort location...... Wow!!!

"Excellent stay"
Just spent 3 nights in normal room bed &breakfast. Room was good,shower was wonderful, quiet at night with comfy beds,had one evening meal which was delicious. All staff we met were lovely and extremely helpful.room very clean.hotel is in a good location.

"Ventilation issues with high winds! NOISY!"
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this Premier Inn with no sleep. The 50mph high winds caused terrible noise through the ventilation in our room and we got no sleep(in premier plus room)
As it was so busy and fully booked I didn’t complain when I was there! Big Mistake! Made the complaint when I got back, only to be told that I wouldn’t get my money back under their Good Night Sleep Policy as I didn’t raise it when I was there! £265 for 1 night, zero sleep, and a tired drive home. Not happy!

"Lovely staff"
Lovely clean room overlooking the sea. Good meal deal with nice food and two very helpful and friendly young men working the bar/restaurant.
