"Lovely seafront location"
We had a very enjoyable stay this weekend staying at this hotel. Rooms very clean, as was the restaurant area and reception. We did nearly get stuck in one of the lifts, which was slightly worrying. Our only complaint was we popped out in the morning. We did not check out. When we went back the cleaners were in our room cleaning. We will be making a formal complaint, as they should not do this until you have checked out. Very naughty, we paid for the room until midday.
"Family friendly"
Lovely hotel with a friendly, efficient team who couldn’t do enough for us. I would like to mention Nathan in particular who’s service and friendly manner made for an enjoyable stay. Our family room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the seafront. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

Clean, tidy, friendly and restaurant was nice, slightly expensive if compared to a wetherspoon meal. Wish had mini fridge as it was 32 degrees outside but can't grumble for a budget stop over

Really enjoyed our stay, good standard and inkeeping with the expected standard of Premier inn. Can't fault it and will happily be returning.

Location was perfect for our one night stay with our two little girls as we mainly wanted to be near Weston beach. We paid £150 to stay for one night with breakfast and was hugely disappointed. Check in was fine nice and quick the room was very small for a "family room" two of the beds has stains under the pillowcase that was fresh then bed had a dirty tissue down the side and the bathroom floor was so dusty and had hairs in the bath. Breakfast the next day was a shambles waited 10 minutes to be seated and then the food had no plates the food was limited and was understaffed! Was hoping to return yearly but won't be coming again!
