"1 night stay."
Location was perfect for our one night stay with our two little girls as we mainly wanted to be near Weston beach. We paid £150 to stay for one night with breakfast and was hugely disappointed. Check in was fine nice and quick the room was very small for a "family room" two of the beds has stains under the pillowcase that was fresh then bed had a dirty tissue down the side and the bathroom floor was so dusty and had hairs in the bath. Breakfast the next day was a shambles waited 10 minutes to be seated and then the food had no plates the food was limited and was understaffed! Was hoping to return yearly but won't be coming again!
"Really good stay"
Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. No car park but there was a pay and display carpark a 2 min walk away (£14 for 24 hours)

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay again . Only gripe reception needs to be manned better apart from that a awesome hotel
"Overpriced and not good standards."
Considering I paid for premier plus I think your ripping people the bathroom had yellow stains on the floor, one hand towel for two people! Paint chipped off walls the room is small. But we got a nespresso machine that hadn’t been emptied. Breakfast was bland and underwhelming and dinner was basic. No parking but car park next door (£14.00 for 24 hrs you’re welcome) For over £200 for one night I’ve stayed in better B&Bs. However on a positive note staff were really helpful and positive.
"Great 3 night extended family stay"
Excellent rooms and wonderfully comfortable bed. Booked 3 rooms including an accessible room ( this is wonderful) and they placed us all on the same floor. Good food , nothing near haut cuisine but good . Recommend meal deal. Great for kids , less than 100 metres from the beach . Lost a circle because gents loo in bar needs some work ! Recommended .
