"Premier Inn not at its best"
We stayed at the Weston-super-Mare beachfront hotel on a Sunday night in April as a stopover on the drive to Cornwall. On the plus side, the location is great for the beach, the staff were friendly, and the nearby off-site car park was convenient.
Unfortunately, the room and breakfast service let the stay down.
Housekeeping didn’t seem thorough: there were sticky sugar granules all over the desk, the mirror and taps were left streaky as if wiped with a cloth that wasn’t clean, and there was what looked like toothpaste spatter on the back of the bathroom door. Overnight the Nespresso machine leaked, leaving my laptop sitting in a puddle of water (and damaging a book).
I reported the room issues to reception in the morning; the staff member was apologetic and said she would look into it, but I haven’t had any follow-up since. Breakfast was also very slow—around a 30-minute wait for a cooked breakfast—even though the breakfast room wasn’t particularly busy.
While the location is handy and staff were pleasant, the cleanliness issues and the leak incident made this a disappointing stay and not up to the standard of Premier Inns that live up to their advertising.

"So glad i came here!"
I had a great time while staying here. All staff were good, professional, and extremely accommodating when anything was asked for. Room was very clean, 5* service there. Restaurant food was delicious, and the reception staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning again soon.

"Wonderful time!"
Incredible experience. The room was SPOTLESS. Reception staff were beyond helpful and friendly and that was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Made our trip so much better. Will definitely be coming back again!

"Spring break"
Hotel was warm and mainly clean although not on close inspection...There was an absence of staff but there was a bell to ring ..Our bed was not comfortable...

"Amazing stay"
My self and my husband stayed here for 2 nights April 18th in room 222. From the moment we arrived and the moment we left it was fabulous. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We paid for the meal deal and it did not disappoint. The food was well cooked and hot and there was plenty to choose from. All the staff were lovely and friendly at all times. I feel I need to mention two members of staff who made the whole experience perfect. First there is a young lad called Nathan...he was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. He was always smiling and seemed happy in his job. Second was a lovely lady called Stephanie...again she was friendly happy and professional. She was always smiling and spoke to everyone in the restaurant. She was constantly on the go and worked extremely hard ensuring tables were cleaned and reset as soon as guests left. Both Nathan and Stephanie are an asset to this hotel and should definitely be recognised by the company. My only moan about the hotel is that the window in the room does not open. I would 100% return to this hotel and highly recommend a stay here.
