"Great night's stay and affordable too."

The location was right in the heart of the town and by the seafront. Staff were lovely and welcoming and happy to help. Comfortable.beds, bathroom was nice and the AC was welcomed in the extreme heat. Some of the facilities didnt function properly, one lift kept breaking down, the toaster wasn't working and the coffee machine kept running out of milk, but other than that, it was a great stay, highly recommend.

"Not a great stay this time"

Stayed here few years ago and was nice thought we would revist and was shocked at how poor our stay was. From wasn't up to standards toilet hanging off, food also was very poor with brown lettuce getting served. Wasn't happy with my stay.

"Beach side hotel"

Stayed for one night whilst attending an event in Weston Super Mare. The hotel is located just back from the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the station, no car park at the hotel but available close by (for a fee). Check-in was staff-less using the machine (buzzer for if you needed assistance, but it all worked smoothly). The room was a good size and comfortable and clean. Good firm bed, the room faced the side of the hotel, so not the best view but it was quiet with no street noise. Older style bathroom with a bath and fixed showerhead. Aircon present but not needed so I can’t comment on how well it worked. Breakfast was buffet style and up to the usual good Premier Inn standard. A good choice for a short business stay but prehaps not ideal for a longer beach holiday.
