Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront) hotel

A beautiful room overlooking the seafront. Clean and tidy especially considering the number of clients at this time of the year. Jodie on Reception was welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her; well done!

I had a premier plus room, lovely view, room very clean, love staying in these hotels, so clean and relaxing, I stayed with my 6 year old boy who is autistic even he felt it to be calm & I felt in a long time in ages we both were able to relax. I highly recommend the staff, very polite & we had a meal in the restraint on bank holiday evening, just in time, the lady who was rushed off her feet with very little of other staff there couldn't do enough for us as I suffer with anxiety and cant see very well, meals were lovely & very filling. I cant wait to come vack again & will defiantly book here. Thankyou Premier Inn.

This Premier Inn on the sea front gave us a very enjoyable experience and added to our holiday. The staff were excellent and personable and saw to all our needs. Would thoroughly recommend you experience the ambience, staff attentive3ness and and enjoyment of these facilities.

We've stayed here many times but the hotel is getting worse and worse each time. No staff about at all. Just a faceless touchscreen to "welcome" you as you arrive. You print your own room cards. There is a buzzer to call a member of staff which we needed to use three times during our stay - only once did a member of staff respond - the rest of the time we were just stood there waiting for ten minutes and then just gave up. When a member of staff *did* turn up we were able to ask her if we could have toilet tissue for our room (didn't need a full clean or towels). However, got back that night and the toilet tissue hadn't been replenished anyway so still an unsuccessful attempt at getting any service even on the rare occasion the button worked! Luckily we bumped into an extremely diligent and friendly young lady (blonde hair but didn't get her name) in the bar and she apologies profusely and brought toilet tissue to the room. She was also run ragged in the bar so it appears that she IS the staff!! The barman was really good too - he made us a few cocktails which were nice and he was really friendly. All in all, apart from those two staff members, the hotel was very "tired" and a bit grubby (which I can cope with) but the lack of any personal contact with staff would put me off staying here again.
