    "The room was TOO HOT! 🥵"
    The room was SO hot! Set constantly at 26 degrees. Could barely open the window and the tower fan was useless, at only 3-speed fan. I would not recommend staying here in the summer!

    Lovely hotel stayed overnight on a theatre trip just a pleasant experience paid for the breakfast that was so lovely staff so helpful and friendly especially Mike and Corey Thankyou for being so kind Linda and Christina
    "Excellent staff and hotel."
    Used this hotel 3 times in the past few months as we have been fishing in Somerset. The staff have been brilliant allowing us to check our luggage in early so it is not sat in the car unattended. The staff have all been friendly yet efficient and are a credit to the company. Clean comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
    "Too hot, don't stay here"
    Lovely hotel, lovely staff, but do not stay here unless it is the middle of winter!! We stayed for 2 nights and I don't know how we made it! If it wasn't for the kids we would not have stayed, 2nd night we had 2 fans on, window open and it still did not go below 29.5°!! We had to try and sleep with wet towels on us! We barely actually slept! Asked to be moved and apparently all the rooms are the same. Pay the extra and stay at the seafront one, wish we had.
    "En route for hip surgery!"
    I booked to stay here for easy access for a 6am flight for hip surgery overseas. Already tired and flustered after a nearly 4 hour drive and all that comes with booking surgery overseas. I foolishly booked the incorrect day at the hotel. My reservation was for the following day when I would be out of the country! Mike on reception and Laura in the office were so kind, they sorted my mess out quickly and efficiently. A stressful time for me made worse by my foolish mistake. Mike and Laura were amazing. I would come here again because of them. The only small issue is that the rooms are very warm. An advantage in October no doubt! Thank you to Mike & Laura, nicer people you couldn't meet and so incredibly understanding and helpful!
