    "Good stay ! "
    Myself and my husband stayed at this premier inn before and have not had any problems we were in weston super mare for a Sci fi convention (stars of time) which was fantastic!! We checked in on the Friday afternoon and we were moved to the new block as we weren't booked for that area but the reception staff quickly sorted that the room was nice and cool as they had a fan and curtains closed which was nice as it was a hot day we booked breakfast for the Saturday morning which was £10.99 each which in some ways is a little expensive but that the way now a days breakfast was nice soon got a little busy with family's we booked breakfast for 7am thinking it would be quieter food was all freshly cooked and vege sausages were very nice my only really comment would be if the rooms had a little fridge ?? i know they do in the primer plus rooms at other sites but it would be so nice as at least you could keep cold drinks ect the staff were very nice and we would stay again as its near the town
    "Friendly staff and good location"
    The hotel is in good proximity to Bristol airport and we stayed for one night recently due to an early flight. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was basic but modern. As other reviews have said hot rooms and they would benefit from air con. They have tried to address this with tower fans. We dropped into the local attached restaurant chain for one drink but found a public house - the Landing Light an approximate 8 minute drive which offers an improved food menu and atmosphere! It is worth knowing there is also a Waitrose within walking distance.

    The overall place is lovely and clean if now a bit tired. Breakfast was lovely. Bad bits: the rooms are too hot, with 4 people in the room and no air con the window only opens a bit the room was too hot. The noise from the room above was not dealt with by staff. I wouldn’t stay again.

    Review as requested by guy on front desk who was amazing. Everything was ok, hot but great fan, site could do with refresh but staff definitely make it a home from home

    Wow..very warm welcome- amazing staff. Room very warm due to no air con (I knew this when I booked) - but the staff went out of their way to make this more comfortable. Nice restaurant next door
