"Family stay"
We stayed here as family. We had a lovely clean room.The hotel was only a couple fo miles from the sea front. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We chose the meal deal option which was brilliant value for money. We will definitely be staying again soon.

"31.5 degree room… avoid in summer"
I have never stayed in such a hot room. A fan was provided but the room was 31.5 degrees. At 1am I went to reception as just could not sleep the hall way was so much cooler than the room. A second fan was provided. Yes it was summer time and the hotel does not have air con but we stayed in a different hotel the following night and it was warm but no were near as extreme as this hotel. If you are booking go in the winter. The hotel is clean and well kept and staff are all really friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again as none of us slept due to the hot room

"disgusting poor service unhygienic"
No soap in the disabled toilet expressed this to the staff 3 times but they still didn't attend to it. This means the place is not clean as if people walking around haven't washed their hands its unhygienic. No response from premier inn been over 7 working days

"Worst stay at a Premier Inn"
I would give this no stars if it were an option. Worst stay at a Premier Inn. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in, shower leaking out the top, no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Bedding felt used and to top it off the room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable that outside was cooler even though there were 2 fans.

"Good Location to Visit the Local Area"
Room was very clean and tidy.
Staff were always available for you if you had any problems.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.
Only issue we had was the room temperature.
With it being quite warm outside (July), inside the room was very warm (30 degrees at some times) and needed air-conditioning which it doesn't have. We were supplied with a fan which was needed day and night.
