"Staff amazingly helpful and dedicated a long period of time to try resolve an issue"
After a mix up of hotel booking Stretch and Alex went above and beyond to try and fix the booking unfortunatley the system would not allow this. but the effort of the two gentlemen went to try resolve it was a credit to the company and there help was greatly appreciated

They offer food yet cannot cater for people unless you book.Was told I would have to wait for up to 2 hours for a meal as they only had a small grill!!..why on earth would you have so many tables available if you can’t cater for people?
Very poor service and a rather rude service manager.The menu isn’t that big to be fair.There were staff running around like headless chickens and even the bar staff were less than enthusiastic.
Overall I won’t be going in the place anytime soon.
Below average in both service and manners which is unacceptable.

"Ideal"
Ideally located, but the main road is noisey. Easy to find the hotel, with plenty of parking. The car park needs resurfacing as it is dangerous in places, especially in the dark. Bedrooms are functional, but do lack storage if you were there for longer than a night. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms have everything you need. I eoild recommend this hotel

Mike thank you for the best customer service I've ever had in a hotel. you were lovely, kind, approachable, supportive and just a lovely human! Mike they don't make them like you anymore! Also didn't get the name but the lady manning the restaurant today was lovely ( am breakfast time)! Both asked how we are and what we'd get up to in our stay, made me feel so welcome. Some lights in room didn't work but when you have great customer service that doesn't matter. All the staff said hello when you passed them, with great smiles and engaged with the children.

Clean and comfortable room, bed was really comfortable and shower was good. The only downside to the room was it was a really hot weekend and there is no air conditioning so it got quite uncomfortable, although they did provide a fan. I’d recommend providing a thin sheet or a much thinner duvet/blanket for when it’s hot so that guests can be more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and location too.
