    "En route for hip surgery!"
    I booked to stay here for easy access for a 6am flight for hip surgery overseas. Already tired and flustered after a nearly 4 hour drive and all that comes with booking surgery overseas. I foolishly booked the incorrect day at the hotel. My reservation was for the following day when I would be out of the country! Mike on reception and Laura in the office were so kind, they sorted my mess out quickly and efficiently. A stressful time for me made worse by my foolish mistake. Mike and Laura were amazing. I would come here again because of them. The only small issue is that the rooms are very warm. An advantage in October no doubt! Thank you to Mike & Laura, nicer people you couldn't meet and so incredibly understanding and helpful!
    "Mixed experience - good budget hotel for a short stay"
    It’s not the nicest building in the world. The room was clean and pleasant but with a couple of broken bedside plugs (which the staff obviously knew about). There was a lack of information (such as about the WiFi unlimited service) which led me to waste time and energy. And there was no information about breakfast times given nor extended bank holiday hours, so I wasted money buying a breakfast I didn’t eat. The meal deal they sell is also deliberately vague in terms of what is covered in the deal; with that said, I upgraded and I was very pleasantly surprised by the food.
    "Great visit to weston super mere"
    Came to visit Weston-super-Mare for the weekend with my other half, had a lovely time. Stayed here great hotel in all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location to Weston-super-Mare and Brean. Very quite and slept very well. Was very warm in our room but had a fantastic fan which helped so much. Added breakfast to our stay was good value. Great range of breakfast items usual bacon and sausage but also cereal and fruits 😋 wished we'd had added deal for evening meal too ( look into this great value) I would most definitely stay here again..
    "A good priced hotel with parking, but in a somewhat isolated location."
    The usual standard Premier Inn, although somewhat isolated and a bit further out of town than we thought. After a long drive, we decided to use the local buses to get around, but the bus stops are a 10 - 15 mins walk away so not ideal, especially late eve. The Beefeater next door was good though.
    "Poor bath facilities"
    Welcome was very good. However shower in the bathroom was very weak no oressure had to use water from the tap to bath not good.
