    "Friendly staff and good location"
    The hotel is in good proximity to Bristol airport and we stayed for one night recently due to an early flight. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was basic but modern. As other reviews have said hot rooms and they would benefit from air con. They have tried to address this with tower fans. We dropped into the local attached restaurant chain for one drink but found a public house - the Landing Light an approximate 8 minute drive which offers an improved food menu and atmosphere! It is worth knowing there is also a Waitrose within walking distance.

    The overall place is lovely and clean if now a bit tired. Breakfast was lovely. Bad bits: the rooms are too hot, with 4 people in the room and no air con the window only opens a bit the room was too hot. The noise from the room above was not dealt with by staff. I wouldn’t stay again.

    Wow..very warm welcome- amazing staff. Room very warm due to no air con (I knew this when I booked) - but the staff went out of their way to make this more comfortable. Nice restaurant next door

    Stayed here for my birthday, staff were great and very attentive! (Laura Saw I was carrying a shirt and offered me an iron) . Close to beach where I was heading to for drinks, bed was super comfy as you expect from a premier inn, no air conditioning but they provided me with a fan which worked wonders. Had a great stay for my birthday, thank you all :)
