"Good stop over"
Arrived from Bristol airport at 3.30am and was given a friendly warm welcome. Check in was easy, room comfy, clean and at a good temperature. Check out by 12 noon is good.

"Boiling hot room but an okay stay"
The hotel has great parking, staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The only complaint was that the room was boiling hot. The window was open and there was a fan already on in the room when we arrived but it was not enough to help with the absolutely stifling heat of the room. The fan was absolutely caked in dust on the inside as well so it was constantly blowing dust and dirt from inside the fan into the room which wasn't ideal.

"Comfy bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
I’m disabled and had to climb stairs but that was ok would have preferred a ground floor room. Bed super comfy as always. Clean room, bathroom clean but could do with a refresh. Breakfast was ok! Usually love the breakfast, but some food was too overdone for our liking. All in all it was ok.

"Just too hot...rooms are like a sauna. Very disappointed."
Just ridiculously hot...none of us had a good night's sleep despite taking the duvets out of the covers and just sleeping with just the sheets. Wasn't even a hot day so can't understand why this hotel feels like spending a night in the humid tropics. Fan literally does nothing but move the hot air around. Have a shower and your sweating again even before you've got dressed. So disappointed and won't be back to this hotel again.

Awful! Do not stay! Unless you want a guaranteed bad nights sleep? The accommodation does not have A/C which I knew but stupidly assumed that the temperature on the day I was staying was only 23c so wouldn’t need A/C! I couldn’t be more wrong the room was unbearable and their own wall mounted display was reading 32c! Oh but they can give you another fan which obviously does nothing but blow warm around! Tried to make a complaint and literally dealt with the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with!
