"Hot, dark, depressing"
No aircon in rooms, despite two fans running all night the room stayed at 31 degrees. Small window, opened a crack, meant room was airless and dark. Decor looking tired. No phone in room to contact reception.

"easy to reach"
easy to reach and not too far away from the main town (but far enough away to not be part of the busy to and going) nice breakfast in the morning, bathroom was stocked with hand wash and body wash as well as enough big towels for us all.

"Clean but hot."
It is not that easy to find. (Drove around the Fitness centre car park a couple of times!) The signage for the Hotel is very poor. On arrival there was plenty of parking, including disabled spaces near the entrance. The room was clean but very hot. A fan is supplied which is so noisy you have to switch it off to be able to sleep.
The buffet breakfast was very good. Something for everyone.

We are now frequently Premier Inn users and have stayed here several times before.
It was good to be welcomed by Mike who was at another Weston super Mare Premier inn on the very first occasion we used them, having recently lost our dog and decided we could start to travel agin. It was him who made us choose Premier Inns going forward. Since then we have been using Premier Inns every 6 weeks so so across the country for breaks.
Always a good experience, rooms and corridors clean, staff friendly. Only blot this time was not down to Premier Inn but to two couples who arrived back at around 1am and continued to go in and out of their rooms banging doors, talking loudly and laughing until 2:30 am. Some people are very inconsiderate of others. The hotel has signs everywhere asking people to be quiet.

"Staff amazingly helpful and dedicated a long period of time to try resolve an issue"
After a mix up of hotel booking Stretch and Alex went above and beyond to try and fix the booking unfortunatley the system would not allow this. but the effort of the two gentlemen went to try resolve it was a credit to the company and there help was greatly appreciated
