"The warmest of welcomes."
We were greeted by Dylan on reception and it was easily the most welcoming greeting we have had at a hotel. He was friendly, funny and incredibly helpful. Our room was clean tidy and a good size but the warm welcome made our stay! Thank you Dylan and well done premier inn for hiring good staff!

Lovely breakfast served quick, hot & fresh. Really welcoming & attentive staff working; Ray, Karli, Kayleigh & Rory! Massive credit to the team
"Very average at upper cost"
The hotel in my opinion is average reasonably maintained but on the higher price range be warned car parking is available but at an extra cost of £8 per night I felt there was some corner cutting to save money eg very limited refreshment selection and quantity in the room given the room rate. however the restaurant staff were very attentive and food selection is good breakfast is at an extra cost Overall average at a higher cost would look elsewhere if I return to wells again
"Perfect place to stay to see Wells"
Premier Inn is always a comfortable place to stay compared to some other more expensive hotels and the one in Wells is located a short walk from the town centre. All the staff is always so friendly and helpful and never hesitate to go the extra mile for you. Comfortable beds and the rooms are well equipped.
"Stayed several times and always excellent, bed, breakfast and staff"
We are local to Wells and have stayed at The Premier Inn, several times, and always had a lovely stay. We have got to know Sarah on reception, and Ray, chef, very well. Always, helpful and we, actually have a laugh, with both of them. We stayed last night and went for the meal deal, (dinner, and breakfast).. Very reasonable, Ray, introduced us to new chef, Rory, who cooked a Gert Lush steak for us. Thankyou guys... 🥰..
