"I would probably avoid."
Staff were unenthusiastic. Food was terrible. An egg should not remain horizontal when you pick it up. Had to pay extra for parking. Room wasnt cleaned on the second day
"A great experience for a fair price"
A really excellent experience in almost every way. Easy booking, friendly and efficient check-in, easy parking, clean and comfy room, cosy bed and tasty breakfast with lots of choice
"Great holiday stay"
We stayed here for 5 days while on holiday in Somerset. This is definitely one of the better Premier Inn's we've stayed at. Location is great with Morrison's opposite and a short walk through the supermarket car park into the city centre. We ate breakfast and a couple of dinners in the restaurant and were well looked after by Ray the Chef, Sophie and Dylan. I have a food allergy and Ray made sure all was safe and cooked a tasty breakfast. Car park is chargeable but this understandable due to distance from the centre and also ensures there is no trouble finding a space. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.
"Very good hotel, and a very helpful member of staff"
We’ve stayed at various Premier Inn Hotels many times - and have stayed at Wells Premier Inn several times too. We decided to leave a review this time however as we received wonderful, efficient and friendly service from a particular member of Staff at Wells Premier Inn - his name was Luke. We like staying at Premier Inn Hotels for all sorts of practical reasons - but it always makes a difference when a member of staff really goes the extra mile to be super helpful and friendly - it really does make the stay that much more enjoyable and encourages repeat booking because you leave after your stay feeling really positive about the whole experience. Thanks to Luke for being so helpful, friendly and courteous throughout.
"Just the best Premier Inn"
Just returned from a weekend stay, for the first time stayed in a disability access room. The room was on the ground floor just behind reception, so handy to be close to reception, the bar and restaurant. We found the room had every piece of equipment we needed, a large wet room, lovely shower. We found that the staff are still super kind and patient, the breakfast was amazing as always, well done Harrison for getting the poached eggs just right!!. We had 2 nights of evening meals and these were tasty, hot and good value. We have stayed in a few Premiers, but none beat this one. Its a shame that the parking is £8 a night, but worth it to not have to walk too far. Would highly recommend.
