"32degree heat in room!"
We booked two nights for a wedding,I totally understand the hot weather but just supplying an electric fan didn't lower the 32/35degrees in the room,if the windows could open more than 5cms maybe a better flow but didn't sleep at all!,staff were good but it was out of their control.for the price it wasn't good and won't be using premier inns again

"NO AIR CON..32° awful experience"
We arrived during hot weather. No air con. We understand it's hotter than normal but surely July and August are hot months and when you are paying over £100 per night you expect to be comfortable in your room we couldn't sleep. The fan provided blew hot air around
We had 32° constantly and as premier inn advertise great rooms etc we are far from happy with our experience. Windows open slightly 5cm Please don't blame it on unprecedented weather as I'm sure summer months also have hot days. We live in Spain and know about temperatures and this stay was absolutely awful. The staff were very understanding but the rooms let.it down. If I hadn't paid in advance we wouldn't of stayed the two nights we had booked.

"Great stay just what was expected from Premier Inn."
Family stay although the room was a little tiered it was clean and fresh. Could do with a repaint. The staff on reception were helpful and polite. Thankyou for the help with local directions. The rest of the family had the same experience thank you again.

"Nice stay at another Premier Inn"
Nice stay at another Premier Inn, this time Taunton East. Not stayed here before but got the usual friendly welcome, clean room, and everything you need for 1 night away. We asked for a quiet room, but due to the location between some roads there was some traffic noisy but we found it acceptable. Would stay here again.

"Shocking shocking hotel run by Idiots"
Horrible horrible hotel. Room was disgusting. Extractor fan making so much noise I had to open the ceiling panels to find the electric switch to turn it off, temperature control didn't work and strange noise from toilet. The staff are unhelpful and lie about you when you make a complaint. Beefeater next door says it fully booked and there was noone in it and hour later it's shut. And guest relation team are a complete and utter joke. Disgusting hotel run by a disgusting company. Use Travelodge now with all their new rooms
