Portishead hotel

Only stayed here for the night and still had a really good experience. Room was really nice and tidy, everything was clean. Only downside was other people not respecting the signs to be quiet. Loud chatter in hallways and slamming of doors is never great. Located in a good area and has parking. Checking in was very easy, staff are very polite. Special shout out to Steven who helped us during the night. We struggled to find some water and he helped us get some. Even something as little as that goes a long way with us. Will definitely stay with this Premier Inn again if we're going back to the area.

Generally good toom but for some reason there is no cupboards only a coat rack, no spare shelves so no where to put your clothes. No details of WiFi The shower has no mat or non slip so dangerous with high side of bath to stepover.

I’ve visited many times and Gwen and Janice are always serving. Fantastic service and always helping and looking after us .

My wife and I stayed here last night as we were meeting friends for the evening and eating out in Portishead. We use Premier Inn regularly, and this hotel had the same really good standards as every other premier Inn, what made the difference was the staff here who could not do enough for you. We had a slight problem with the door of our room shutting securely and as soon as we mentioned it, they went and checked the door and immediately changed our room without any problems at all. Breakfast in the morning was really could and there was plenty of everything to eat whether you went for a full or continental breakfast option.

Never had to give a bad review of a premier inn, it’s always nice. Comfortable bed, amenities, clean room. It’s all you need. And shoutout to the housekeeping team you’re all amazing. As a housekeeper myself I stripped the bed, emptied the bin and left everything tidy as I know first hand how much of a difference it makes if even one person does it. Well done all.
