      "Very clean"
Hotel is nice and clean but Brewers fare is a bit poor so probably best to head in to town to eat. The outside need a little tlc but inside is clean and the bathroom was clean and fresh
      "Never again"
Messed up our rooms, had to pay an extra £179 for their mess up. Someone walked in at 9am while I was asleep they turned my lights on then slammed the door as they left. Rude staff. Absolute con artists. Bedrooms were freezing cold
      "Definitely recommend this premiere inn"
Fantastic night sleep in a very comfy bed. Extremely quiet room. All very clean. Plenty of decafe coffee & milks available. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Fabulous location for Minehead beach & town. Our daughters family is stopping in July
"Too noisy no sleep and car park a rip off £7"
(Room 104 I'm writing this in here now) WHB-2688455-Z3D4 Just want to say its the worst premier in I have ever stayed in with the internal noise coming from outside the front door of the room above the room and underneath I have had no sleep constant doors banging all night no staff available to contact and resolve this issue and personally I don't think they can the design of the room no sound proof must be the worst situated in here the heating controls very unresponsive and lets just I won't stay again!. *Car park a rip off at £7 a night why?.*
      "A very poor experience"
Definitely the worst Premier Inn I have stayed at. The first surprise was to be charged for parking on site, I am certain that when I booked, the parking was included, and the number of signs around that place convinced me that I was not wrong - clearly it is a problem. On arrival the reception was not manned and there was an issue with the automatic check in. My son went to find someone to assist and eventually a 'someone' arrived and proceeded to announce that he was 'in charge.' However despite the authority he took upon himself he could not actually do much to help - in particular he was adamant about the car parking, telling me firstly that if I did not pay, I would be 'fined' £100 and that secondly he was going to cqncel my reservations because of my attitude and that there was a zero abuse policy. I explained that I was only asking questions, and not being abusive and this was backed up by other people waiting to speak to him. This persons customer service abilities were zero - he displayed absolutely no intent to resolve any problems but merely the stance of defiance and the repetition that he was 'in charge.' The rooms we were allocated were clean and functional as is the norm for the chain and then we decided to use the onsite Brewers Fayre outlet for our evening meal. On arrival at the restaurant we were greeted by a man who announced that meals were subject to a 40 minute wait as they were exceptionally busy. As less than half the tables were occupied this claim was a little excessive but was oft repeated like a mantra when food was ordered. When the food did arrive it was underwhelming to say the least, I had the lasagne that had the structural integrity of pasta soup and the taste of the very cheapest of ingredients. And yes, the delay between order and service was just under an hour. The next morning after a decent nights sleep we returned to the Brewers Fayre for breakfast. Again there was a queue to get in and the food on offer was functional rather than memorable. In summary I echo what others have said, the cost cutting at Premier Inns has gone too far, quality hqs deteriorated massively and customer service is now either missing or insulting.
