"Great week visit Glastonbury Extravaganza"
Great stay Clean rooms No traffic noise and we had a room by the road Great breakfast Had a great nights sleep Great location as we went to Glastonbury Extravaganza so left the car at the hotel and caught the bus. Nice and easy Only negative which has nothing to do with the hotel are the traveller caravans around the area The council really need to deal with this
"Not to return in the future."
On this occasion I had no alternate option to stay in another Premier Inn. Day one and three were reasonably price but day two was extortionate in price. Room was OK just slept in it when I could get some with the traffic noise, as our room was on the even number rooms side. I would not have added any breakfast if I had known it was going to be a buffet breakfast, cold plates cold food and very cold A/C.
"All told, an excellent experiemce."
We often stay in Premier Inns. This one was as expected. Usually we try to choose Premier Plus rooms, but since we had a grandchild with us, we had to have an ordinary family room. It was fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. We also had dinner and breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door. Very friendly staff again, and the food was as expected. We'd go so far as to say the breakfast was even better than sometimes. All told, an excellent experience.
"OK Hotel But Area is Scruffy."
Staff were nice and efficient. The hotel is clean and comfortable but the room was looking a tiny bit shabby (probably getting old). However the road it is on has many dilapidated caravans parked up and a fair amount of rubbish. The old Zig-Zag factory down the road is an eyesore too. None of this is Premier Inn's fault but it makes the location look 'dodgy.'
"Large hotel so very noisy, room tired, perimeter of hotel lined with old caravans with people in, right by carpark"
Tired, large hotel, very noisy, the ceiling lights in our room were vibrating from the noise from upstairs, caravans outside but disconcerting
