Glastonbury hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed last weekend and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and seamless, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed, in particular, lived up to its reputation — easily one of the best night’s sleeps we've had in a hotel. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a powerful shower and plenty of fresh towels. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay. Great value for money, consistently high standards, and genuinely friendly service. We would definitely stay at Premier Inn Glastonbury again and highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel experience.

Hotel is really good but outside there are many travellers caravans. Outside our window one in particular contained all men, had it's own solar panels propped up and they sat on the pavement drinking. Two of them even came into hotel and helped themselves to breakfast. This does not inspire visitors.

We booked a family room as we had our 23 year old severely Autistic son with us as we wanted to see if he could manage the stay…the staff were fantastic and could have not been more welcoming and so ensuring our stay was a success…we even stayed for breakfast in the restaurant which went really well as there were several quiet corners to sit in…we would really recommend this hotel if you are travelling with disabled relatives/children.

I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough to meet my requests. Room was clean and very comfortable. All amenities were close to hand, Glastonbury was only a 15 min walk. Very close to Aldi and Tesco so extremely convenient. Although there are caravans around I heard nothing from them. I would recommend.

First class service and staff wonderful as always. Friendly environment. We stay here twice a year and look forward to visiting. We book Premier Plus Accessible room and love the extras in the room together with walk in shower. Town and local facilities close to hand with restaurant next door. Parking very convenient and easily accessible.
