"Glastonbury stay"
The bed was so hard The quilt cover had holes in it The soap dispenser in the bathroom was alm rusty and the bathroom floor had all rust marks on it No luxury it’s not even that cheap to stay in premier inns anymore The location was good for the town centre but outside at the car park there is all caravans that look like homeless people live in them, staff was quite rude
"Premier Inn Glastonbury? There is nothing Premier about it!"
Avoid this hotel if you are visiting during the summer. I paid a premium for one of the upgraded rooms which was utterly pointless. Air conditioning didn’t work, so the room stayed at a constant 28 degrees Celsius and of course being an air conditioned room, the windows didn’t open. The fridge was faulty so everything inside it stayed at room temperature and oddly only hot water came out of the sink tap in the bathroom. It must take real effort to give your guests such a poor experience, hats off to you!
"Hotel ok but are was dodgy"
Good hotel but surrounded by abandoned caravans so felt very insecure for my car and cycling kit. I usually take my bike in to the room but this time I took all my kit in too. My cycling event took us through the industrial estate the hotel is on and there were dozens of abandoned caravans. The hotel is ok and food next door is as expected but the area looks really scruffy and nog safe. The council need to clear up the area.
"Overnight stay at Glastonbury Premier inn."
Felt compelled to write a positive review about the Glastonbury Premier inn. Perfectly acceptable as a stopover on the way back from Glasto. Clean and tidy, very quiet and the staff were their usual friendly and helpful selves. If want the Ritz you are going to have more than a hundred quid!
"A hasty retreat from this hotel."
Don’t be fooled by the picture you see of this hotel. The hotel is situated on a run down Industrial estate, with a derelict factory right next door. It is surrounded by run down caravans parked all round the hotel. If you think I would leave a brand new £56,000 AUDI in the car park overnight you would be much mistaken. A man wrote he never slept all night for fear of having his car broken into. Premier inn say they can’t be responsible for who parks outside of their hotel, they are happy to take your money though. We lost £80 on this booking, and I can assure the owners of Premier Inn that I will never stay with them again. Travelodge are a far superior hotel chain.
