Frome hotel

Cara is amazing on the reception desk! Very knowledgable about the local area, super friendly and has made our stay extremely stress free and enjoyable! Premier inn plus room is amazing (book early as only 10 of these rooms) Plenty of parking available and free too, right next to beefeater for easy meals. 24 hour service station (budgens) across the road too

I was pleased with my stay here. The car park was a little busy on arrival, but I assume that was due to people eating at the Beefeater. I arrived late (after 10pm) and found the check in screens easy and efficient to use. The hotel was quiet, I didn’t see another human until the next morning! The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was good enough. The bed was lovely and big, and reasonably comfortable. There was a zip down the middle so I wasn’t able to starfish sadly. I slept well. Unfortunately someone was cutting the hedges at 8am with a strimmer so that wasn’t ideal. I paid for the beefeater breakfast which was lovely. Overall I would stay again, but I did think £155 was a little steep. If it had included the price of breakfast that would be better. P.S rubbish toilet paper, I’d bring my own roll next time

Stayed here for three nights (Thursday to Saturday) in an accessible room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. What let it down for us was the location of the room. Although it was accessible, it was situated at the end of two very long carpeted corridors, which made getting around in a manual wheelchair quite challenging. In fact, our car was parked closer to the reception entrance than our room was. The reception team and the staff in the Beefeater were all polite, friendly, and helpful. We ate in the Beefeater one evening and had breakfast there on one morning; the food was good. The hotel became very busy from Friday evening onwards, particularly with families, as Longleat is nearby. There is also a Budgens shop with a Greggs just a two-minute walk away, which was handy for grabbing breakfast on the go. Due to the location of the room we would not stay here again.

Great place for overnight stay. Cara at the staff welcome desk and book in was great. Very friendly, and met all my needs. Top service.👍

Having stayed at huge amount of premier inns and returning to Frome. Staff were friendly. But often not seen. Room was unbearable in the heat. Second night we managed to find someone to ask for another fan. But I slept under wet towel. Unfortunately family room don’t have air con. The kids beds are so uncomfortable. When you sit at the edge of the bed there is hard board that hurts your leg. And no head board meaning lose your pillow all night Room just smelt. Could do with a good airing out but you can only open window a little bit.
