Frome hotel

Considering that the Beefeater closed the day we arrived and the restaurant became Premier inn it ran really smoothly. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful Bed was really comfortable. Duvet rather thick which made the bed very warm. Location was very handy for Longleat Breakfast was fine.

A lovely warm welcome when we arrived great team. Rooms were looking tired and we had a wonky toilet seat and black scum around top of the soap in the bathroom. Breakfast at the restaurant was nice but a shame was shut for a week for dinner as we planned to go and didn’t know this, we had to get McDonald’s. It’s okay if you’re looking for a quick stay somewhere close to Longleat.

We went for our anniversary very clean and had a little present of small bottle bubbles and a little bag of biscuits and toiletries was really lovely the premier plus room was lovely eat at beefeater which was nice but we’re short of food as they are closing which I feel is a shame

Room was unbearably hot, could barely sleep. It was so hot we were concerned about our baby overheating. We were given extra fans but they were so dusty they were triggering children’s asthma. Breakfast was awful even at 7:30 hit food looked like it had been there for hours. I wish I’d seen the reviews before we went as they were spot on with the heat issues. We won’t stay here again, really affected our day at Longleat. I have always trusted premier inn as a brand but I will think twice about using premier inn again and would certainly be checking trip advisor.

Stayed here one night to go to longleat. Distance is ok and parking aplenty. Lady in reception was helpful and cheerful. We had a family room and on the way to find it, the carpets in the communal areas was dirty. We stayed in room 42 which was clean and pleasant. We couldn't have dinner because the beefeater apparently was full. Thats another story. We had a fan in ro which was helpful because it was really warm. Found spare pillows. Hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. Sleep was just ok. Breakfast was uneventful but I guess down to beefeater not premier inn. Would I stay here again. No. Its just a bit sad and depressing.
