"So incredibly impressed with Cara"
Although not staying until August. I have had family stay before. I have eaten many time. Breakfast and dinner. Yum
Booking a stay in august for my son in an accessible plus room was not that easy. Could just be me and tech. So I dropped into the Frome hotel . To confirm. Where I met Cara on reception. Surfice to say Cara went above and beyond. Even telling me she would call me when things become clear. And she did. Seriously helped me out more than even I would ask for. Enough impressed ramblings , THANK YOU SO MUCH CARA.

"Awful!!"
Extremely disappointing stay, by far the worst Premier Inn I’ve experienced.
From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The carpets in the corridors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The toilet in our room was also unclean, with stains left behind from previous guests, which is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the beds weren’t even made up when we arrived, meaning after a long day we had to make up three beds ourselves while managing two exhausted children. It’s the last thing you want when checking into a hotel. There were also no plug sockets on either side of the bed, which made charging phones overnight very inconvenient.
The evening service in the attached Beefeater restaurant was atrocious. We waited over an hour just for drinks, despite asking the waiter three separate times. When the drinks finally arrived, they were incorrect and some items were missing altogether. We then had to chase staff just to have our food order taken, as it had apparently been forgotten. Several menu items, including the skewers, weren’t even available.
The food itself was just as bad. I ordered steak medium rare and it came out extremely well done. The kids’ popcorn chicken was so overcooked it was rock hard, and the pizza was completely inedible. Every single table had a similar experience and all raised complaints.
After speaking with the manager at the time we were assured he would “take care of the bill.” After receiving the invoice, I was shocked to see that only £14 had been refunded, which feels like an insult considering the experience.
An absolute joke from start to finish. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

"Shortvstsy"
Lovely and clean room, great parking and friendly staff. Very quiet in the room , room had everything you need.
Service on the adjoining pub on the 1st night was dire. Sat for 40 minutes before being asked if we wanted a drink whilst 3 staff members stood round talking... not good at all. We witnessed other people walk out because of this. 2nd night evening meal and staff were brilliant.

"Awful start to a family get away"
Came to stay at the establishment and was told by a member of staff that the restaurant side all were being made redundant and the service given was diabolical. A bald man who works there shouted at a young girl infront of everyone because she was doing her job and restocked the breakfast fruits and she was on the verge of tears.. awful service from start to finish

"Never again!"
Would never stay again or recommend, room was absolutely sweltering at 30 degrees all evening our children were distressed and dripping in sweat, fan in the room was broken which then took ages to replace, this fan did nothing. Beds are so uncomfortable. Evening meal was AWFUL had a hair in one of the meals when spoke to the staff no apology or anything offered other than replacing the meal. So overpriced for the food that comes out and service was so slow. Breakfast was not too bad, although older male staff are miserable and younger staff should be careful what’s spoken about in front of guests
