Bridgwater North (A38) hotel

Excellent plus room loved the air conditioning. Staff friendly had evening meal which was good and the breakfast was excellent everything was piping hot and cooked perfectly will definitely stay here again when travelling through.

This is the worst.premier in we have stayed in. Staff disorganised with "shrug.shoulder syndrome ". Staff turning away customer in restaurant and recommending them go.to another pub for food and limited choice as they hadn't taken food out of freezer because the didn't want food waste. Breakfast cold. Nothing in the buffet was ready together with customers waiting around. It wasn't even busy at.evening meal and at breakfast. Complete shower. The company should be ashamed. Do not stop here.

Hotel was in good clean condition. Room was clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed Clean tidy bathroom. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Only downside was the lack of aircon - room only had a fan and it remained very hot all night even with the window open

The staff during our stay definitely led to a higher score by being approachable and accommodating. In particular Charlotte who checked us in and was a constant smiley face/help throughout our stay. Charlotte went above and beyond her duties by trying to get our two rooms close together and writing a list of local places to visit for my children, they much preferred this than Google. Thank you Charlotte

Be sure to reserve a table if you would like to eat your evening meal onsite. I was told we couldn’t eat there when trying to get in ( even though the place was not even a quarter full. We were not told we had to book a table when checking in. Also there was only 2 of us, so not a large party or anything. Breakfast was also poor and substandard . WiFi very poor also, Cleanliness very substandard. I know they are getting renovation work done but still no excuse for being so substandard. I have stayed in many premier inns with zero issues at all. However I will not be returning to this one unless I can be guaranteed all substandard issues are appraised and sorted out. A stay like this could and does absolutely tarnish the brand.
