Bridgwater North (A38) hotel

Just had our meal in The Social, at Bridgwater North Premier Inn. Not only was the food great (thank you Chef!), so was the service. Our servers were Mia and Aiden, what a team they make! Professional, friendly, informative and clearly enjoy working with the public. I have stayed at the hotel all weekend and know how busy the staff have been so full credit to them for still being as enthusiastic as they were at the start of the Easter holiday. It is lovely to see two young people embarking on a hospitality career demonstrating such great potential. Big shout out to all the guys that work at this hotel, all friendly and will always go the extra mile for customers! Well done Bridgwater North.

A good clean hotel. We had plus room 301 which was spotless, quiet ( despite being near the door and reception) and very cosy. The staff were mostly fab and breakfast was great. We would stay again, great value for money.

My family and I stayed for 1 night at the Premier Inn A38 Bridgewater on 21/03/2026 . The hotel and staff were fine . The rooms were nice and comfortable . The only thing that spoiled it was the restaurant . We had the meal deal . The food itself was nice , the service was very slow despite the restaurant being quiet we had to ask for our sweet because our grandchildren were getting tired. As for the breakfast . The food on display was all dried up and didn't look appealing at all , we were told that they run out of bacon ( they managed to find some after ). My wife and I have stayed at many Premier Inn's but the restaurant service and breakfast was well below the standard we expected.
