Bridgwater North (A38) hotel

Be sure to reserve a table if you would like to eat your evening meal onsite. I was told we couldn’t eat there when trying to get in ( even though the place was not even a quarter full. We were not told we had to book a table when checking in. Also there was only 2 of us, so not a large party or anything. Breakfast was also poor and substandard . WiFi very poor also, Cleanliness very substandard. I know they are getting renovation work done but still no excuse for being so substandard. I have stayed in many premier inns with zero issues at all. However I will not be returning to this one unless I can be guaranteed all substandard issues are appraised and sorted out. A stay like this could and does absolutely tarnish the brand.

Amazing stay, Megan was brilliant and saw her on nearly every part of our trip. On the desk she was super friendly and accommodating, answering all questions. We then saw her in the restaurant and she was great in their to! Helped us pick food, made sure we always had a full drink and even checked back in to see how we were, remembering what we wanted each time and giving us a QR code to write this after. Credit to the business, would really stay again.

The breakfast was excellent, all the staff are very helpful.

Room was up to usual PI standards with everything you would expect. Building work in area at present detracts from appearance & is impacting cleaning standard around lobby area - but room was immaculate. Restaurant food was what you would expect from a PI. The key thing that stood out was service in both hotel & restaurant - it was homely & welcoming with staff taking a real interest in our trip.

The cleaners here are so bad at there job and have let Premier in down... pictures speak for themselves.. blackmold, dirt, dust and urine stains our room was 26!
