    "5*"
Great all round, clean, new, staff were the best, plenty car park, heat food breakfast and evening meal. Most Premier Ins are pretty good but this one was by far the best I’ve been to, a different level
    "Brilliant staff!"
A fabulous hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights for a short break in Somerset. The location was great for exploring the area just off the M5. The staff were amazing, the rooms and food excellent, and service efficient. A special shout out to the breakfast team, and to Emmy for her attentive service at dinner! Thanks to everyone at Premier Inn Bridgewater Gateway!
    "Decent hotel"
Perfectly decent place to spend a night or two. Reasonable sized room and facilities. No frills but you don’t expect it for the price I paid. Good value.
"Going on Holiday for 2 weeks in Cornwall"
We are at a age now ,on our journey from North Yorkshire to Cornwall,so we have to have a break at premier Inn Gateway we normally stop at the older Premier inn but we could not get booked in and what a wonderful surprise Modern clean the staff great help and pleasant the rooms were spotless and food excellent easy to get to from the M5 and back on again, going to book for next year
    "A good one night stay"
A good stop off point for us on our way to Plymouth. Staff friendly and helpful at check in. Good parking, just put in your details on check in. No towels in our room on arrival, so a trip to reception to get some. The room was clean and cool despite arriving on possibly the hottest day of the year so far. Air conditioning worked a treat !! Nice view of the open countryside we were on the second floor. The inn was easy to find. Overall look of the place from outside didn't look that appealing the concrete render looks tired and the outside kerb areas could be tidier with less cigarette ends lying about despite bins provided ! We didn't eat in that evening but we had continental breakfast and a good selection of food was provided. It's very likely that we would book to stay here again
