    "Do NOT eat here"
    Here’s a very honest review - bedrooms clean and tidy 10/10 - bathroom clean and tidy 10/10 RESTAURANT - had wood in my burger - hair in my pizza, also undercooked - waited over an hour most evenings - missing sides - watery sauces - cold food Was here on a business trip for 3 weeks and after surviving for a week and I mean surviving! I decided to eat out for the next 2 weeks because it was the worst food I have ever received.
    "Premier Inn Going Downhill."
    Restaurant service poor. Had to ask for cutlery in order to get a knaplin. Starter ok. Maim course served, aaked for vinegar and mustard - found my own. Then twigged it was served minus the flat mushroom, asked, off she went it never showed up. Not once asked if everything was ok, clearly it wasnt. Im not asking for haute cuisine, but a reasonable level of service is expected. I know of many pubs serving same food at equitable pricing which are FAR SUPERIOR. In future will revert to village inns, and other chains like Fullers. Wish I had eaten over the road.

    Great all round, clean, new, staff were the best, plenty car park, heat food breakfast and evening meal. Most Premier Ins are pretty good but this one was by far the best I’ve been to, a different level

    A fabulous hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights for a short break in Somerset. The location was great for exploring the area just off the M5. The staff were amazing, the rooms and food excellent, and service efficient. A special shout out to the breakfast team, and to Emmy for her attentive service at dinner! Thanks to everyone at Premier Inn Bridgewater Gateway!
    "Decent hotel"
    Perfectly decent place to spend a night or two. Reasonable sized room and facilities. No frills but you don’t expect it for the price I paid. Good value.
