    "Great hotel, Great food."
    Friendly welcoming staff, lovely bright clean bedrooms and nothing was too much hassle from the staff. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent quality and value for money. We will certainly visit again.

    Staying here for 3 weeks with work Rooms are nice and clean, food is good staff are friendly. No issues at all with anything.
    "The manager was quite threatening when I complained"
    The staff in general were nice here. However, the manager or team leader was not nice and clearly liked the authority and took the parent stance when I complained. I just walked away from her threatening behaviour. Never again, Premier Inn is normally great but will be avoiding this one in the future.

    Restaurant service poor. Had to ask for cutlery in order to get a knaplin. Starter ok. Maim course served, aaked for vinegar and mustard - found my own. Then twigged it was served minus the flat mushroom, asked, off she went it never showed up. Not once asked if everything was ok, clearly it wasnt. Im not asking for haute cuisine, but a reasonable level of service is expected. I know of many pubs serving same food at equitable pricing which are FAR SUPERIOR. In future will revert to village inns, and other chains like Fullers. Wish I had eaten over the road.

    Great all round, clean, new, staff were the best, plenty car park, heat food breakfast and evening meal. Most Premier Ins are pretty good but this one was by far the best I’ve been to, a different level
