"Best Premier Inn experience ever and the staff are very good."
Have been to many Premier Inns over last few years and this is by far and above the rest.
Arrived before 15.00 and welcomed without the sour face and request for £15.00
Checked in as simple as possible and yo our room after paying only £3 per night car parking.
Best room ever in PInn plenty of room and very clean and comfortable…… very quiet to.
Excellent location and we had a walk out then returned to meet our friends….. great bar area hospitable and good prices. Food was good and plentiful.
Great nights sleep and went to breakfast…… very busy hut superbly managed and good food.
To the bar to welcome more friends and hopped on to the train just outside.
An absolute jewel in the crown and excellent staff in all departments, thank you so much and will definitely return.

"A very good experience. Great food at the Beefeater restaurant."
A very good experience - hotel room was clean and spacious. Huge benefit was having a Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel as a place to eat. Superb breakfast. I can't believe these are going to be closed down. It'll make staying at a Premier Inn much less attractive.

"Fine but there are better Premier Inns"
==Context==
Stayed for two nights while visiting Shropshire with friends. Chose because good price on rooms and easy for roads.
==Positives==
Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Tasy cooked breakfast.
==Negatives==
No opening window in room (although friends' did). Corridors were stale and airless. Breakfast and facilities were next door in a Beefeater where everything was sticky and it smelled like it hadn't been aired for a decade. It's badly named: the centre of Telford (where the non sticky restaurants can be found) is a 20 minute walk and almost impossible after the shopping centre has shut. Telford has another Premier Inn, right in the middle, it turns out. Need to pay to park car. No phone coverage and WiFi poor unless paying for extra. No room fridge or safe.
==Conclusion==
Reliable, safe, cheap, but I've stayed in many many nicer Premier Inns.

"overnight stay"
SAs usual I got what I expected from a Premier Inn, spacious, comfortable room and very good bathroom though being elderly I would prefer a walk in shower or more grab rails by the bath

"Hot Hotel Action!"
Couldn't set the temperature any lower than 20c. Had to take the duvet out of the case & sleep under the case Nb TRIED to sleep - far too hot. Especially as the windows were sealed.
Told reception the next morning, as we left. They reset the controls so it would go down to 19c. That would still be far too hot. They advised, in future, to ask for a room with a window that could be opened.
The staff were very friendly. Parking was good - right outside & only a few £s.
Bathroom was clean. Would be good to have the mirror with anti-fog on, just like they do in Travelodge!
