Telford Central hotel

So far bed comfortable, slept well, shame about the former beef eater restaurant the previous evening. Slow food disappointing atmosphere. The support staff seam to have during transition is very disappointing. To work in a hotel restaurant with lack of staff and not be supported with training at a difficult time for the team and business. Sarah, Ross in the restaurant were friendly and did all the could to make us feel welcome. Hope that they get support and can build stronger but it’s hard for them. Shame about a company I always rated for a quick night away. Would rate food good at breakfast, menus in evening not as good. To run with so many new staff also. Live up to your standards and marketing.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Telford and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. A special mention to Uzma, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming, and her friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team at Premier Inn Telford for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again on my next visit to Telford. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely stay. Check-in was quick and easy and the room was clean .Tea and milk were missing but reception provided them later. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly even when we came back later in the evening. The town centre is within walking distance, with easy trains to Birmingham. Parking is no longer free. We’d happily return.

Slow book in, no staff at the reception. Paid parking wasnt ideal. The bedroom had broken air con, broken plug socket by the bed, broken lamps by the bed so you couldn't read your book to sleep. Staff did try to accommodate us with a free complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast was cold and underwhelming. Id have been upset if I had paid for it, so even as a complimentary we were dissapointed. Would be a 1 star review, but as the staff did do what they could to fix the issues they get a 2nd star. I dont think we'd be willing to stay there again unless we get some sort of refund. It was not a good couple of nights and the breakfast did not make up for the painfully bad room we paid over 150 pounds for.

Great location with lots of parking and only £3 to park for 24 hours. The staff were very friendly. The beds were really comfy.
