Telford Central hotel

The location is perfect to get into the local town centre or shopping centre is about 20 mins away. The staff were very accommodating with my family, I had the pleasure of celebrating my engagement and they really made us feel welcome and at home, Kirsty on front desk was amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay- appreciated the aircon, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Wonderful service from Sarah in reception, who was very helpful and informative. Breakfast next door was fantastic quality with superb and attentive service, clearing used plates.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Telford Central and were especially looked after by a truly wonderful member of staff called Sarah. Sarah was kind, attentive, helpful, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about both her job and the guests she looks after. After spending the weekend at a music festival, it was such a pleasure to return to the hotel and be met with such warmth and care. One morning we arrived a little late for breakfast and the Beefeater initially wouldn’t allow us to get anything to eat, not even something small. Sarah went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were able to have some breakfast, including croissants and pain au chocolat, which we really appreciated. She also kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference after a long weekend. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, we were really impressed with Premier Inn Telford Central, but most of all with Sarah. Staff like her genuinely make a stay memorable. Big up Sarah!

After leaving a local festival tired and my wife had a fractured toe, we were welcomed to the hotel by the friendliest receptionist ever called Sarah. She was also so helpful, room was clean spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

zero stars very rude receptionis and manager booked a double room with king-size bed but they put me in a triple room with 2 singlebeds amd scrappy sofa bed that was in a unsafe position so I fell ovet it and injured my back resulting in a hospital visit when told the. manager she jist smiles.amd smirked like she thought it was funny the room was also dirty amd they had only set it for one person soncan4 to me at reception dumped towel on reception saying you will have to take them up your self I made a complaint for gu3st services to say that.theu will ask the hotel of they don't agree with the way I told them.that happens there woll be no refund avoid this hotel at.all costs .
