Telford Central hotel

Always stay here when visiting family in Birmingham. Rooms are are always clean and maintained. Breakfast next door excellent, friendly helpful staff in reception. Hopefully now the beefeater has been rebounded it will continue to be the high standard of service we have experienced in both venues.

Attended family wedding in Telford so booked 2 night stay at Telford central . Room was spacious with king size bed which is just right . Shower & bath was nice with the body gel provided . Had meal & breakfast in the adjoining beefeater , great staff in there , very friendly especially the duty manager , Check in was fast and quick as we had early check in at 11am . Very friendly team on the reception. Will definitely stay again when we come back to visit family in the future.

Usual standard from Premier Inn, just a shame they make you pay extra for parking, especially when you have paid £120 for a room already.

Simple place and gets the job done. Great for business / work trips where for the low price, you get a very decent quality and comfortable environment.

We were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we entered the family room, there was a strong smell of sick/vomit that was noticeable throughout the room and made it quite unpleasant to spend time in. While the room appeared generally clean, the odour was overwhelming and suggested that the carpets or soft furnishings were in need of a much deeper clean. We were staying overnight with our children, so it was disappointing to find such a noticeable smell. We arrived late at night, reported the smell to reception as soon as we got to the room, however there was nothing they could do other than bring up a small fan. You can’t open the windows in the room either so there was very little we could do to make the situation better. The staff were polite and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. However, the persistent smell significantly affected our stay and made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it spoiled what should have been a straightforward overnight stay. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests. I have logged this with Premier Inn immediately after the stay which was 8 days ago but haven’t had a response.
