"Lovely customer service"
We stayed at premier inn Shrewsbury town , Alfie and Lena were absolutely amazing so friendly polite and nothing was too much trouble really made our experience great what an amazing happy pair 😀
"A pleasant stay in a convenient situation"
Situated in a central position close to the river and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The car park is very tight for space and quite difficult to find.
"Standard Premier Inn"
It's let down by the really shabby exterior which badly needs some maintenance. The inside is a standard Premier Inn, no more, no less. The bed is comfy, the bathroom works there was little noise from the outside. On the edge of town with public parking close by.
"Not up to standard at all."
The facilities in the premier room weren't good enough, The vanity mirror by the hair drier didn't work and was told they couldn't do anything about it as we were staying on the room. The coffee machine didn't work and properly as the liquid was barley warm, was told it would be replaced but it wasn't. The pillows were lumpy, although the bed was good the bottom sheet didn't fit and moved about during the night. In my opinion the room shouldn't have been let until everything was working properly. Always liked this Premier Inn, but definitely gone down hill since last stay.

Good location for town, car park at the back of hotel, £13 for 24 hours, small size parking space. Gary on reception desk helpful as machine wanted to charge us for already paid room. Terrible smell by lifts on ground floor. Premier inn plus room with view, big room, tidy, bathroom needs re grouting, 2 tiny bars of chocolate and tassimo coffee machine. Bed 'comfy but 'creaky' Very quiet overnight. Air con a bit noisy and ineffective, lowest temperature 19 degrees on a very hot day. Breakfast, cooked meal good. Continental basic, reduced choice by 9.30, need a new toaster. Better to skip breakfast as much better options in town. Charged £13 ? This for 2 small bottles of water in fridge unable to clarify as no-one answers the phone if you try and contact and centrally premier inn don't reply to questions! Premier inn plus at this hotel not worth the extra money, picture of room with river view, but I think the other side is view of multi story carpark
