Shrewsbury Town Centre hotel

Such a great location. Staff and rooms are amazing. Beds so comfortable. Great value as well. Would recommend the meal deal it's great value

The location. Hotel and breakfast and service were all brilliant. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. The negative for us was the evening meal and service. If I'd have known it was going to be like that I certainly would have ventured further. On arrival at the restaurant just after 8pm we asked for a table for 2. We could clearly see that there were very few people in the restaurant so thought there would be no problem whatsoever, especially as we were residents. The mature lady who greeted us said that we would have to wait as they were expecting a big party! As there were so few people in the restaurant we thought at least she could have shown us to the table so that we could have had a drink and checked out the menu. But no she said come back at 8.30pm. We waited just outside the restaurant .... the big party turned up.... a table of 4! We couldn't believe that she had not accommodated our needs because of a table of 4. She took our order and when it came out there were 3 sides missing. The waitress had already left after standing next to the large table of 4 throughout their main course! The elderly male apologised about the errors in our meal and excluded the price from the final bill. The potion of fries with the burger was miniscule and we tried to order extra but the fryers had been turned off. Overall a disastrous service!

A huge Thank you to Leanne and Garry and all the Team that were on Sunday Morning for making our stay So relaxing . The room was lovely and very comfortable We will definitely keep using Premier Inn and recommend to our friends and family 😊

Good standard premier inn. Had a really easy and quick check in with Alfie, couldn’t fault his customer service and people skills, very friendly and approachable with all questions I had. Also extremely hardworking and professional despite the heat, no complaints whatsoever. Very impressed with the working aircon, on such a hot day getting back to a cold room was just what I needed. Breakfast in the morning was standard. A few items were missing from the buffet, but what was available was really nice, hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again.

Just a short walk from both the bus station and the railway station and conveniently located for town and Theatre Seven across the river. It's a typical Premier Inn set up. Our room was large, with a river view and an extra bed. We didn't have any food. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
