"Shrewsbury visit."
Larger, fairly new & clean with restaurant. Parking behind, about 50 spaces on a first come basis at £13 a night. Has air con. Walking distance to Shrewsbury town centre & castle & riverside.

Unfortunately, my overall impression of the hotel was disappointing. The exterior appeared unclean, and upon entering the reception area, there was a noticeable smell of cooking fat. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming and offered little in terms of conversation or assistance. The room itself felt tired and outdated, with a dated en-suite and a carpet that looked unclean. Additionally, the bar seemed understaffed—I had to wait quite a while before being served. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and did not reflect a high standard of hospitality
"Another happy visit"
Excellent location; lovely towels; very strong shower pressure; quiet room overlooking the bus station; parking at the rear of the hotel for £13.
"Not the best premier inn...maybe the worst we have stayed in...would try elsewhere for alternatives"
Check in was the worst experience at a Premier inn...almost 1hr 15 minutes! We have been customers for many years...Will definitely be exploring alternative places to stay in future. Only just got our key...lady on reception very abrupt n sharp...can maybe understand when she has no help...not even the robotic machine was working! People arriving into their rooms to unmade beds and dirty bathrooms...disgusting!
"Couple weekend"
Stayed here Saturday night, Was a very slow check in was waiting about 10-15 minutes for the man at sort our check in. We was told someone would bring us some more towels and they never did. Bed and pillows were really comfortable we both slept really well. We stayed for breakfast,love they have a self service no waiting round really enjoyed it. Polite stuff in the restaurant.
