"Weekend break"
The hotel was clean and the receptionist was very good. Also the room was very quiet at night.
The room was expensive.
The Beefeater was mediocre.

Great stay. The Lady on the front desk (Sorry i cant recall her name but she had darker hair) was fantastic and so helpful. The hotel was clean and fresh. Even the room attendants said hello when i passed them in the morning, which in some hotels is rare. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

I arrived a few minutes early after a very long day, and Mrs. Kristy at the front desk was an absolute star. She’s always smiling and was incredibly helpful, letting me check in ahead of time. She even gave me a lovely room! The staff here are always so happy to accommodate guests it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Premier Inn. Thank you for the wonderful service!

"Best Premier Inn"
Newport/Telford is my go to PI of choice in the area. I stay often because they have wheelchair accessible rooms with wetrooms good parking and a great beefeater on site. Kirsty and Natasha on reception are always welcoming and friendly. Jo in the beefeater at breakfast is superb. Helpful and friendly it’s like a second home. Dan was great at dinner and the food was great.
