"Overall - a great stay!"
Taking part in a local organised 2 x 25mile walk, this Premier Inn was perfectly located and easy to find. Room was quiet, facing to the rear of building, clean with the layout, bed/linen, hot drink making facilities & hairdryer all you would expect with Premier Inn. The only disappointment was the shower, v difficult to work out how to adjust & fittings a bit `tired' (reported in feed-back). Plenty of parking, with a Beefeater adjacent (booking recommended as very busy over weekend) serving good food (steak great!) with friendly helpful staff and seating in secluded outside garden area, what's not to like.. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel was clean and the receptionist was very good. Also the room was very quiet at night.
The room was expensive.
The Beefeater was mediocre.

Great stay. The Lady on the front desk (Sorry i cant recall her name but she had darker hair) was fantastic and so helpful. The hotel was clean and fresh. Even the room attendants said hello when i passed them in the morning, which in some hotels is rare. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

I arrived a few minutes early after a very long day, and Mrs. Kristy at the front desk was an absolute star. She’s always smiling and was incredibly helpful, letting me check in ahead of time. She even gave me a lovely room! The staff here are always so happy to accommodate guests it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Premier Inn. Thank you for the wonderful service!
