"Brilliant value, spotlessly clean and great staff…..also best cooked breakfast in a Premier Inn for years!!"
Really easy stay, room was spotless and hotel immaculately presented. Reg the night man was absolutely delightful, funny and a great asset to the premises! Breakfast was delicious and really well cooked, all staff in both areas were friendly, attentive and very personable; the restaurant staff were really on the ball with the food availability. All in all an easy and hassle free stay and litterally a minute back into the A34!

"Cleanliness"
Cleanliness was poor, cobwebs in the room. Had to clean the sink before we could use it. The room was extremely hot, no air-conditioning supplied, fan didnt really help. The server we had at breakfast time was not very welcoming, she didnt smile and we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience to her! The breakfast itself was ok. And we had to pay £4.80 per night to park in their carpark!

"**Overpriced, Worn Out, and Disappointing Hotel Stay**"
I paid over £200 for a single night’s stay, and the room was filthy. For that price, I expected far better, but the hotel was tired, worn out, and nowhere near the standard it should have been.
The room was not clean and felt neglected, with very little attention paid to maintenance or comfort. It was incredibly overpriced for what was offered.
The best part of the experience was really the attitude of the staff in the pub next door, formerly The Apple Cart. They were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and their service stood out far above anything the hotel itself provided.
Sadly, the hotel did not justify the price at all, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

"Great Premiere Inn to stay in - home from home for emergencies"
You can not really fault the staff at Didcot Premiere Inn. We were there for over a week on an insurance claim and previously we were there for a number of weeks under a different insurance claim. They all go over and above to meet the hotel users needs and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. You can ask for help any time of day from reception, the maintenance man or restaurant staff. All of them go over and above and it's genuine and not done with a sigh or attitude. I really like it there and I'm not the easiest person to please or get on with. I notice they also retain their staff, so it must be a nice place to work.

"I wouldn’t choose a Premier Inn normally - but pleasantly surprised."
We booked a Premier Plus room here for one night because of its convenient location close to an event we were attending. The hotel is situated just off the motorway and directly opposite a service station with an M&S Food store, which was very convenient.
On arriving at the car park, we did wonder what we had booked. There was scruffy outdoor furniture, rubbish bags lying around, and the overall appearance was untidy and poorly maintained.
At reception, however, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was happy to check us in, saving us from having to use the self-service kiosk.
Our room was on the first floor, and there was no lift, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition, as was the bathroom which had a walk in shower. The air conditioning was especially welcome on a hot night, and the room also included a fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities.
An ironing board was provided, although there was no iron, with a hairdryer being available. The bathroom toiletries were adequate, but they were supplied in wall-mounted dispensers with removable tops, meaning they could potentially be tampered with. As a result, we chose not to use them.
Overall, for the price, we were pleasantly surprised. While the exterior and surrounding areas could do with some much attention, the room itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered good value for money.
