    "Disappointing!"
    Very disappointed as, having paid in full at time of booking, staff member refused to check us in for our room without us paying a further £8. Not a huge amount but frustrating as no explanation could be provided about why we were being asked to pay this additional fee. Didn’t have much choice as far from home & late at night. Staff member did not offer to resolve, just fobbed us off with an email address for customer services if we wanted to complain.
    "Poor Premier"
    Reception non existent, welcoming it was not. Room facilities poor, tv remote broken, aircon temperature setting regulated, good news only there one night.

    "Very impressive experience"
    Very efficient hotel. Rooms and communal areas are to a high standard. Ample parking. Food and drinks are perfectly acceptable. The hotel is immediately next to Oxford Airport which has a relatively decent amount of air traffic flowing through it however I wasn’t aware of or disturbed by the aircraft noise at all. Claudia on reception was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Very attentive.

    Lovely spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice big, free car park. Restaurant and food were nice. Overall, a lovely stay and good value for money.
