"What has happened to Premier Inn??"
We stopped at this hotel last week for 1 night. No one at check in just a machine. Which was fine, it worked! (Well one machine did the other was out of order)
Room was good size but was very warm without any way of turning cooler air on. The unit in the room only seemed to consist of making it warmer….
Decent night sleep no noise all good.
It went wrong at breakfast. We’d paid for ultimate breakfast. We didn’t receive this. Told upon arrival to the restaurant no hot food only continental and they would refund the difference (still no refund received a week later and still chasing this up)
Breakfast was average to say the least. The fruit was dreadful. Premier inn used to be such a good customer experience unfortunately this seems to no longer be the case.

Bar not open on arrival; booked meal deal - waited 50 minutes for our drinks to be served; hopelessly understaffed; first course eventually arrived- cold, raw chicken wings; chef actually laughed when we complained and gave us a free bowl of chips to compensate! Logged a complaint on Premier Inn's website - took 9 days to get a standard fob off email in reply saying no refund or compensation would be made - clearly the free bowl of chips was considered adequate! Disgusting attitude.

Recently stayed at Premier inn Kidlington
To say that the customer service at Premier Inn hotels is failing is an understatement - my recent stays have been plagued by restaurant and breakfast issues
Short staffed - poor communication - poor cleanliness
Please get back to where I would recommend you as my go to business trip hotel chain!

"shocking"
shocking experience at this hotel. We paid upfront for the meal deal. On our first nights arrival, we were informed the restaurant was closed due to staffing problems. The next evening we were informed that there were only 2x choices available from the menu in the meal deal. Also very limited choice in beer/lagers. All the staff said when we complained was "we are closing."
We put a "please clean my room" sign on the door for over two days and then when we finally saw someone on reception they said you need to tell them at reception (although we never saw anyone on the reception for the first 3 days).

"No Dinner. Lovely Staff"
THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED FOR DINNER AND THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO EAT. I need 100 characters, so I'll say again, the restaurant is being shut so there is no dinner available and nowhere else to eat.
