Oxford Kidlington (Airport) hotel

Hi, this is Marc. I stayed at this hotel for 7 days while attending a workshop, and I had a very warm and welcoming experience. I would especially like to thank Mr Kunal, who was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I had brought my PlayStation with me, as my workshop was only a couple of hours each day, but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly when I arrived. A few people tried to help but couldn’t fix it. Kunal came the next day, listened carefully, understood the issue, and managed to solve it within 10 minutes. He was very patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Overall, I had a very good stay and really appreciated the support.

We had a wonderful stay that was made better by the attentiveness of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the receptionist, Paulina, went out of her way to ensure our requirements were met.

This I think is the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. The room was clean (in other locations this has been lacking at times), the WiFi was better than some and the shower was excellent along with the water pressure. All other things were in line with other premier inns. I have booked to stay again as I like the location.

Paulina on reception was great. Comfortable room. Nice hotel. Good beefeater next door. Air con quite noisy. Wish you could open a window.

Check in took a while, a problem with the system apparently. I was advised to book the restaurant as they have problem with staff shortages - so not a good welcome initially. Room was really smelly, and not clean with old soap and dirt caked on the soap dispensers and not being able to open a window doesn't help. I also had a close encounter with another guest who entered my room, turns out reception had messed up and given them my room too. Obviously they then apologised profusely and blamed "the system" . The cooked breakfast is absolutely gross, you just wouldn't dare eat it, if it ever gets replenished, empty containers just left sitting there. The continental choice is limited but OK. The whole place is just grubby, and probably the worst PI i've ever stayed in. The only up side is, the lasagne i had for dinner was good and served with salad, and the staff were really good too and are working hard, but this place is clearly struggling.
