      "Really lovely hotel"
      I stayed here for work for two weeks. Can’t fault this hotel. Lovely pleasant staff. The restaurant was wonderful, good food. No complaints from me which is unusual. The staff were very attentive a big praise to Jasmine and the young lad sorry I don’t know your name. Highly recommended.

      Amazing service, great staff and very nice rooms. Overall a very clean, well kept and friendly hotel. I was helped at the front desk by Rekha to check in and have had no issues at all. Wonderful hotel and would definitely stay again!

      Staff on reception, Hema and Rehha were very helpful - they should have special thanks as went above and beyond when I arrived quite late. I had a good nights sleep. Room clean and functional. Perfect for a quick business trip. Wifi was excellent and an all round good experience
      "Amazing reception staff"
      I came back to the hotel late at night and had decided that I didn’t like the view on one side of the hotel, and wanted to change rooms to the other side (a completely unreasonable request in the early hours of the morning). Amazingly, I was greeted by a happy, pleasant and much more awake than I was, Claudia. She swiftly sprung to work and within minutes, she had fully accommodated my request. Couldn’t have asked for a better member of staff, especially so late at night, great work.
      "Superb customer service"
      I need to recognise the superb service from Rekha on Reception. I knew I was going to be arriving late to order a meal at the restaurant, and she made all of the arrangements for me over the phone en route. On arrival, whilst the barman at the restaurant said the kitchen was closed, Rekha spoke with the chef and I was able to order a meal at 9pm. Check Claudio must also be thanked for his patience and understanding. His response was “no problem” which, after a four hour drive, was hugely appreciated. The ribs he served were first-rate also. They really went above and beyond to help.

      Our Premier Inn Oxford Kidlington (Airport) hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from London Oxford Airport, perfect for taking the stress out of your flight and making sure you reach check-in with time to spare. We're about a 20-minute drive from Oxford City Centre, with major shopping centres like Clarendon Shopping Centre and Westgate Oxford close by to pick up any last-minute must-haves before your flight. While you're in the area, visit scenic Blenheim Palace and its scenic grounds, which include the striking Grand Cascade waterfalls.
