"Shame on Premier Inn"
I stay at a lot of Premier Inns but I have to say this is the first time I was dissatisfied. The room had the desk and desk lamp removed and replaced by a small round table with no lamp, which was not much use for working on. All the original desk sockets were on the wall but not near the table. The meal deal was a joke. The provider was a Beefeater and whatever arrangement there was with Premier Inn it meant that most of the menu items were only available at additional cost. The menu was also limited and two of the items that were in the meal deal were off the menu that day so basically all that was left was salad and burgers. Outrageously bad!!! The burger came cold and had to go back for a new one. There were two blocks of rooms and two receptions and so arriving at one to check in meant I had to move my car to the other where the room was booked. The breakfast had vegan instead of meat sausages and no black pudding. All in all I would not stay here again.
"Good hotel for meeting up with family, good parking and not too far out of Oxford centre"
Hotel is out of the centre but easy to reach by taxi from the station. Our room was on the ground floor with a wet room so was well suited for our somewhat limited agility. Plenty of hanging space and useful shelves with tea and coffee. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was in the Beefeater part of the hotel and there was plenty of hot and cold choices with fruit juices and range of coffee. You could eat at the restaurant in the evening and the beer was very affordable.
"Not ideal"
Premier inn plus - placed in a room with no air conditioning and a replacement fan (which wasn’t noted when I booked online). Other colleagues had standard room with working air conditioning. Rooms very tired and stains on carpets. Clean but just looked dirty. Functional - but not great.
"Best Premier Inn"
Easily one of the best Premier Inn hotels we have stayed in. Rooms were spacious, even for a family. It was clean and modern looking and ideally located for access in to Oxford. The bus stops right outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much weve already booked to come back.
"Best premier inn we stayed in"
We really enjoyed our stay and loved this premier Inn, I'm a wheelchair user and absolutely loved the fact there are ground accessible rooms, meaning I don't need to use a lift to access it. We were in a separate building from the main one, which wasn't an issue was still accessible and had everything we needed. There is a lift in both buildings for those who need it, and they was both working. Our room was a lovely different style, only issue was the TV was in the corner not by the bed and we only had one towel for 2 of us. Would stay again we slept incredibly well
