Oxford Cowley hotel

None existent staff No indication that you’d have to pay to park Rooms on ground floor don’t have opening windows so they’re stifling in the warm weather and there’s no air con ( we knew about the lack of air con ) but you expect the window to Open. No fan in room and no staff to ask for one Distance from reception to hotel rooms is ridiculous and isn’t made clear when you book. Up and down steps and round the back of the pub through paths that are covered with shrubs and bushes that need cutting back

The hotel is not too far from Oxford centre in a taxi or by car. There are also bus routes, although not very close to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming at check in. It is a split building hotel with lots of parking and joined to a Beefeater restaurant. Bar staff were pleasant.

This was a lovely Premier Inn. Great staff, especially Silva, and a lovely breakfast. I would definitely be happy to stay again.

Easy to find. Check in was also very easy although you have to pay for parking which I found disappointing.Despite it being automated check in there are reception staff to assist with anything you may need. I found my room to be very clean and the bed very comfortable. I had pre-booked the ultimate unlimited breakfast and have to say it excellent value for money and there's plenty of choice. The staff throughout were always very polite and helpful. My stay was for 7 nights and I would have given it 5 stars however the price of my room varied for each day so it was more expensive than I'd hoped for, plus having to pay for parking was also a small negative. Overall though I would have no hesitation in booking again. Once again many thanks to all the staff for making my stay a very pleasant one.

We were initially given 2 rooms right by the bypass which was not great at all. Traffic noise could be heard even with the windows closed. There was also a manifold cover which would make a noise whenever someone drove over it making even more noise. Also even with the curtains drawn the room would get a shadow go across which further impacted sleep. When we complained to reception they were able to swap one of our rooms to the other building but unfortunately not both so not a very good night's sleep at all. The main building itself was nice enough but be warned there is a chance you could be in the other building. Would we stay here again? Unfortunately not as just too noisy to get a decent night's sleep.
